Cette levure intervient dans la fabrication de la biere. Elle participe a la fermentation en se nourrissant du support nutritif compose de malt (orge) et de houblon sur lequel elle se multiplie. En fin de fermentation, elle est filtree, sechee puis valorisee sous forme de paillettes pour faciliter son utilisation au quotidien. La richesse du milieu nutritif sur lequel elle se developpe lui confere une concentration unique en proteines, vitamines et mineraux et en fait un ingredient nutritionnel. Pour les vegetariens et les vegetaliens, elle apporte des proteines de qualite. Elle est une source de bien-etre et de vitalite grace aux vitamines B2, B5, B6, et B9 qui contribuent a reduire la fatigue. La levure est un atout beaute grace a sa richesse en vitamines B2, B3 et en zinc. Les 3 oligo-elements contribuent au maintien d une peau normal. Le zinc contribue aussi au maintien des cheveux et des ongles normaux.

Der Pommard überzeugt durch sein verschwenderisches Bouquet nach Schwarzkirschen und roten Johannisbeeren. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein dicht, harmonisch und mit ausgeprägter Pinot-Frucht, mit Anklängen von Tabak und Gewürzen. Ein klassischer Pommard, der erst am Beginn seiner Entwicklung steht. Passt zu Speisen mit dunklem Fleisch, z.B. gebratenem Rehrücken, Roastbeef, feinem Wildgeflügel oder gegrilltem Gemüse mitkräftigen Saucen.

Dunkle, rubinrote Farbe mit violetten Reflexen. Das Bouquet ist sehr komplex, rote Beren, reife Kirsche, schwarzer Pfeffer, etwas Zimt, zarte Anklänge von Eichenholz. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich rund, lebendig, angenehme Frucht, Himbeeren und Vanille begleitend. Der Wein ist weich mit samtigen Tanninen. Sehr gut ausbalanciert. Passt zu: Wildgeflügel, Rinderbraten sowie zur provencalischen Küche.
