Historical Algarve is a full day tour departing from Praia da Luz. You will get the opportunity to visit one of the Portugal most beautiful natural heritage site which is Ria Formosa Natural Park, Silves Castle, Monchique Mountain.
After lunch you continue to the beautiful town of Lagos, a town linked to the Portuguese Discoveries, where you will have the chance to have a look at the old slave market (the first in Europe), Saint Anthony`s Golden Church, the fort and the old town.
You will also visit Santa Luzia, a small picturesque village located very close to Tavira, which specialises in catching octopus, and the cosmopolitan city of Faro - the capital of the Algarve.
