TOUR DETAILS  This great value tour will take your straight from central London to three top UK destinations with an expert guide. You will travel to Bath, Stonehenge and Salisbury for a wonderful day out of London. Entrances are not included in the price of this tour but can be purchased on the day, letting you choose where to visit at each of the three wonderful locations.  Stonehenge First on the agenda is the mysterious site of Stonehenge! Solidly towering above Salisbury Plain, Stonehenge is an ancient wonder still puzzling experts and visitors to this day. The 5,000 year old stones have captivated theorists for hundreds of years, so join in with the speculation during our stop at Stonehenge.  Salisbury Home to the tallest church spire in the UK, Salisbury and its beautiful cathedral has so much to offer visitors. Surrounded by a glorious expanse of green, Salisbury Cathedral is the stunning highlight of this picturesque city. Featuring English Gothic architecture that is just begging to be photographed, the cathedral is also where you can see one of the four remaining copies of the legendary Magna Carta document! Bath The last destination on your day trip from London is the Georgian city of Bath. This historical city was the first in England to be designated a World Heritage Site and its many architectural gems include the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the pretty Pulteney Bridge, which was modelled on Florence’s Ponte Vecchio. Walk through Bath and explore its cobbled streets, unique shops and diverse attractions.  Windsor (From 1st April 2017) Windsor is a quintessentially English town, crowned by the spectacular Windsor Castle. Windsor Castle is the queen’s official residence and dates back to the 11th century! The town is famous for its royal connections, it’s rich in history and royal tradition. Take a wonder through the stunning town on the cobbled streets and admire the historic buildings surrounding you.  Entrances are not included in the price of the tour.

NOTE: If you have never ridden a bike this may not be the activity for you. Riding a scooter requires side to side balance similar to riding a bike. The equipment recap and skills overview session provides riders with a quick overview of the scooter controls, knowledge, and experience needed to safely operate the Scooters. You will be guided through a low speed ride and an emergency stop to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

TOUR DETAILS The Hoover Dam stands as a tribute to US ingenuity and engineering during a time of adversity and hardship. On the Hoover Dam Classic Guided Tour, you’ll gain remarkable views on, around and above this National Civil Engineering Landmark.  Your Certified Interpretive Guide will pick you up at your hotel in a custom Pink Adventure Tour Trekker vehicle, designed to provide comfort and unobstructed views. You’ll see Lake Mead, the country’s largest man-made reservoir, and historic Boulder City, built to house dam workers. A visit to the Boulder Dam Museum inside the Boulder Dam Hotel gives the first look at the Hoover Dam story. The Hoover Dam is the shining gem of our tour; standing over 700 feet tall, it has the capacity to irrigate two million acres and provides power to southern California, Nevada and Arizona. Built over 4 years during the Great Depression, its creation provided thousands of jobs. A short walk on the 900-feet-tall Michael O’Callaghan—Pat Tillman Bridge provides a bird’s-eye view of the Dam; this is a view of the mighty dam as it holds back Lake Mead. Your Tour Trekker will then take you to the Arizona side of the dam, where you’ll see a spillway so large a World War II battleship could float through it; each spillway can handle the flow of Niagara Falls. The Hoover Dam is a National Historic Landmark, and has been a filming location for Hollywood hits like “Superman” (1978, Warner Bros.), “Viva La Vegas” (1964, MGM) and “Transformers” (2007, DreamWorks). También descubrirá las grandes personalidades enterradas en la cripta, que dibujan una parte de la identidad nacional francesa. Una presentación permanente resume la vida y el trabajo de quienes descansan allí, de Voltaire y Rousseau a Alexandre Dumas. En el Panteón podrá encontrar el péndulo de Foucault que demuestra la rotación de la Tierra que se instaló en el edificio en 1851, durante unos años fue desmontado y en 1995 fue reinstalado.
