Union's StrongBOLT 3 Lever Mortice Sashlocks feature an innovative, easily reversible radius latch that uses the Union SwitchLatch technology, meaning that no tools are required. This is both simple to use and time-saving. An anti-rattle adjustable strike allows on-site fine tuning. The sashlocks have a plastic splinter guard and a radius inner forend for ease of installation. They can be installed in the many UK mortices without the need for additional carpentry or spoiling the edge of the door. The chamfered bolt design increases the performance of the lock under side load testing and also makes drilling attack more difficult. Anti-pick and keyhole protection prevents forced entry by picking, and the hardened steel pins provide resistance to attack from sawing. The deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by the key from either side. This deadbolt measures 14mm for secure positive deadlocking and additional resistance against attack. 2203S can be keyed alike with 2103S.Forend finish: Polished brass. Case size: 68 x 109.6mm. Backset: 45mm. This is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole.Centre: 57mm. This is the measurement from the centre of the follower, which operates the handles, to the centre of the keyhole.

A modern tubular alloy pull handle for bolt through fitting to doors which don't require a mortice latch.Supplied with screws and fitting instructions.Fitting Instructions:1: Mark a vertical line on door face approx 75mm from door face on the side of door to which the handle will be installed.2. Measure 2 points on this line for fixing holes dependant on handle size (either 225mm or 300mm apart).3. Use a 8mm drillbit to drill the two fixing holes from the handle side of the door ensuring they are square to the door surface.4. insert the two supplied bolts into the drilled holes from the opposite side and fasten into the handle profile.Length: 300mm.
