The Record Power BDS150 belt and disc sander is a very useful addition to most workshops. By changing belt or disc grits and pressure, the machine is equally at home with rapid material removal or fine finishing and moulding shapes. It is a compact belt and disc sander, equipped with an induction motor for quiet dependable performance and a cast iron base to keep the unit stable during use. It combines the two most popular types of fixed sander for all types of job applications. A tilting table is fitted to this machine, which provides for better bevels and mitres, along with an adjustable belt sander for horizontal or vertical use. Specification Input Power: 1/3 hp.Disc Speed: 2,850/min.Disc Size: 152mm (6in).Belt Size: 101mm (4in).Table Size: 225 x 158mm.Size (H x W x D): 245 x 440 x 360mm.Weight: 19kg.
The Stanley STA0-42-130 Magnetic Horizontal / Vertical Pocket level has strong moulded plastic casing for durability, 2 easy to read vials and a rare magnet base. This pocket-sized level is easy to store, measuring only 87mm in length.
The Faithfull Centre Square (Finder) is made from ground tool steel and has a hardened and tempered blade. The device has a useful square for rapid location of round bar or disc centre. To execute, place the round bar between the centre square. Scribe different lines on the workpiece each time changing its position. The centre of the scribed lines will provide the accurate centre of the workpiece. The Centre Square (Finder) is supplied in a box.Bar Capacity: 75mm.

These Forgefix double slotted roofing bolts are supplied with square nuts and have a low profile mushroom head. Their bright zinc plated finish increases resistance to corrosion. The bolts are therefore suitable for both interior and exterior use, and can be exposed to weather conditions without the risk of rusting. APPLICATION:Used in many applications other than roofing, when joining products together.Use clearance drill sizes 1mm larger than bolt diameter. Zinc coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer lasting finish. It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged. Zinc oxide is a fine white dust that (in contrast to iron oxide) does not trigger a breakdown of the substrate’s surface integrity as it is formed. The zinc oxide, if left intact, can act as a barrier to further oxidation, in a way similar to the protection afforded to aluminium and stainless steels by their oxide layers. With slotted screwdrivers it is important to ensure that the tip matches the width of the screw slot, otherwise you run the risk of damaging the screw head. Slotted screwdrivers are available with either Flared or Parallel tips. For the majority of uses the Flared tip is ideal but if the screw/bolt needs to be driven below the material surface a Parallel tip screwdriver should be used.Roofing Bolt ZP M6 x 70 Bag 25
These Forgefix Phillips, single thread Drywall Screws have a black phosphate finish for increased durability. The screws come complete with a Phillips No.2 insert bit. Their Bugle Head allows the screw to sink effortlessly into the dry lining without the need for countersinking, which in turn minimises the damage to the surface. APPLICATION:Designed for fitting dry linings to studding. Phosphate coatings are made up of thin crystalline layers of phosphate compounds that adhere to the surface of the fixing or fastener. The phosphate crystals are porous and can be formed from zinc, manganese, or iron phosphate solutions. Phosphate coatings offer good corrosion resistance and have an excellent ability to absorb supplementary coatings which improves appearance, corrosion resistance and resistance to abrasion. The Phillips screw has four simple tapered slots. It is designed so that a Phillips tip screwdriver can turn a Phillips screw with increasing torque. When the torque gets to be too strong for the tip then the screwdriver tip winds itself out of the screw thus preventing over-tightening and or damage to the screw head. Coarse thread screws (mainly drywall screws) have an extremely sharp point and are designed to penetrate plasterboard skin. The coarse thread eases in to the board then the timber baton holding the board firm.Drywall Screw Phillips Bugle Head SCT Black Phosphate 3.5 x 50mm Bulk 1000
