En fin de fermentation, elle est filtree, sechee puis valorisee sous forme de paillettes pour faciliter son utilisation au quotidien. La richesse du milieu nutritif sur lequel elle se developpe lui confere une concentration unique en proteines, vitamines et mineraux et en fait un ingredient nutritionnel.
