Day 1: Start your Melbourne immersion with the road trip everyone's talking about! Follow the historical Great Ocean Road, one of the world's most scenic coastal routes, as it winds along Victoria's southwest coast, passing long golden beaches, rugged sandstone cliffs and eucalypt-tree rainforest. At the Cape Otway Lighthouse, gaze out over the Southern Ocean and Bass Strait before tucking into a delicious Aussie style lunch. Hear the tragic tales of the Loch Ard Gorge and discover why this spectacularly wild part of Victoria is known as the Shipwreck Coast. The route also takes you among the soaring eucalypt trees of the Otway rain forest, and to the shipwreck coast where you will step down to the beach at Loch Ard Gorge and further along view the offshore sandstone stacks called the Twelve Apostles. Day 2: Next day, travel to Phillip Island to visit the Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park for a hands-on wildlife experience. Learn about the park's conservation efforts, hand-feed a kangaroo, see wallabies and wombats, or have the opportunity to get a photo taken with a koala (*Fee Applies). Enjoy lunch near a billabong teeming with native water birds, and then head to the Churchill Island Heritage Farm to see sheep shearing and working dogs in action at the historic farm. Visit the nearby Koala Conservation Centre to glimpse these cuddly, eucalyptus-loving marsupials. Finally, arrive on Phillip Island, catching views of the Nobbies and Seal Rocks before finding a seat on the boardwalk at Summerland Beach. Every night at sunset, hundreds of little penguins swim in from a day of fishing and scurry across the shore to snuggle into their burrows. Trip style: Local LIfe & Culture, History & Heritage Language Tour: English Full Itinerary Give Detroit the attention it deserves on this Detroit walking tour that shows you everything you absolutely need to see in this awesome American city. Meet your local guide at a cafe on Broadway, and take a walk around the nearby area which includes spots such as Foxtown, Madison Avenue, and Paradise Valley. You'll see the fabulous Fox Theater, Comerica Park (which is home of the Detroit Tigers) the beautiful Detroit Opera House, and several other Detroit highlights - the perfect way to familiarise yourself with the city. Next on your Detroit city tour, take a quick ride over to the popular Greektown district on the elevated train called the 'People Mover'. In Greektown, you can taste a super-sweet piece of baklava, see a casino, or visit a historic church that was a stop on the Underground Railroad. Hopefully during our time in Greektown you'll get to see a waiter light some liquor on fire over a piece of cheese, a classic Greek tradition. Opa! Another ride on the People Mover leads to a stop in the Civic Center area. Here you will see some famous Detroit sculptures, and have a view of the massive Renaissance Center, home to the tallest hotel in the Western Hemisphere. You'll also be able to give our friends in Canada a wave from here! Next on this Detroit tour, we visit the 1929 art-deco Guardian Building to see the remarkably-beautiful lobby and banking room. It cannot be denied that this is one of the most beautiful buildings in Detroit, and may even be one of the most gorgeous you see on your travels in the US - seriously! Walk by another landmark, the 47-story Penobscot Building, to American and Lafayette Coney Island restaurants, where you can try a free 'coney dog' - a grilled hot dog with Detroit-style chili, mustard and onions. Detroiters have been devouring them for more than 90 years, so to get into the local spirit we suggest that you give it a go! Our last stop on this Detroit walking tour by seeing a famous renovated hotel which originally opened in 1924, and then we'll finish up with a ride on the People Mover back to Broadway.

Make your own way to the castle in the village of Aldea Blanca, just before San Miguel. Once at the castle you will be given a coloured bib to show where you will be seated and which knight you will be supporting during the show. Your meal will be served in your area but don't expect cutlery after all you are in Mediaeval times! So you can slurp your soup and eat your food with your fingers, but it fits in with your environment and you get quite used to it. You cheer on your knight as they joust and take part in battles. The well trained horses are the stars of the show and while this is going on the red and white wine and water flow freely. The show, food and drinks are all included in your ticket price and with children half price it is good value. Let yourself go and be part of a fun filled evening. A fantastic KNIGHT to remember! When the show is finished you are moved into another room where you can dance to the sound of a band. There is a bar in this room where you can buy drinks if you are still thirsty after all that wine. The castle closes around midnight after a great night's entertainment. After your own dancing you are treated to a Flamenco Show which finishes the night off perfectly, then make your way home after a great knight out!
