Opened in 1994, Night Safari is the world’s first safari park for nocturnal animals. You’ll travel through discover 7 unique nocturnal zones - from the Nepalese River Valley to the Asian Rainforest and see some of the world’s most exotic species including fearsome predators, primates and cuddly marsupials. The best way to travel through the seven geographical zones is by a 40 minute long open air guided tram. This moving escapade gives you the best seat in the house (or jungle) to observe the animals on the rugged foothills of the Himalaya and the deepest recesses of the Asian riverine forest. Journey through the meandering trail past the authentically created habitats. The naturalistic habitats are designed to simulate the animals’ native habitats and are illuminated with subtle moonglow lighting. The Night Safari also has a no-cage policy and is an open concept zoo. Parrot Cove Times: Daily 11:00 to 17:00 Located at the farthest tip of Jungle Island, Parrot Cove is Miami’s only private beach. This sophisticated tropical beach playground offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami and is exclusively for the use of park guests. After getting up-close to some of the world’s most fascinating animals, park guests can head to Parrot Cove for more adventures under the sun. At this beach oasis located at the tip of Jungle Island, visitors can relax in lounge chairs and then cool off by wading into Biscayne Bay. With the cost of admission to Jungle Island, the entrance fee to Parrot Cove is free. Be sure to stop by Parrot Cove to stay cool and relaxed in between Jungle Island's fascinating animal shows. Manu Encounter Times: Daily 11:00 to 17:00 Location: Manu Fashioned after the clay cliffs in Manu, Peru. This is an interactive experience with Squirrel Monkeys, free-flying macaws and parrots as well as other exotic animals. A brief presentation on the habits and habitats of these animals will be given by one of our Animal Care Trainers who will remain present to answer questions relating to this exhibit. Everglades Habitat & Walk Make your way across a true replica of the Florida Everglades, complete with beautiful flora and fauna from the region. Feed our birds around the park Many of our magnificent birds enjoy being fed by you, our guests. You’ll find them along our jungle paths with food dispensers at each location. Interact with Trainers and Animals As you wander through the park, you’ll encounter our trainers who host an assortment of animals. Touch, ask questions, and make friends. Penguin Exhibit Times: See penguins after each Wild Adventures Show Location: Serpentarium Our South African penguins are so adorable. Come see our fluffy little friends swim and waddle around their penguin pool. Playground It’s your time to monkey around. Frolic on slides and crawl tubes. Tortoise Exhibit You’ll be astonished at the size of these giant tortoises. Some males grow to 500 pounds and can live for 150 years.

Unseen Oceans: March 12, 2018–January 6, 2019 Oceans explores our blue planet’s defining feature—the world ocean—as revealed through 21st-century technology. Visitors to the exhibition will meet the elusive giants of the sea, including whales, sharks, giant squid; sink beneath the waves in a virtual submersible theater; and marvel at the vivid fluorescence displayed by marine creatures but invisible to us . . . until now. And they’ll leave with a deeper awareness that the future of the planet depends on the future of the ocean. The Butterfly Conservatory (October 7th, 2017 - May 29th, 2019) This exhibition, an annual favorite, features up to 500 live, free-flying tropical butterflies from the Americas, Africa, and Asia. The butterflies are housed in a vivarium that approximates their natural habitat, includes live flowering plants that serve as nectar sources, and features controlled artificial light, temperature, and humidity. T. rex: The Ultimate Predator: (March 11, 2019 - June 16th, 2019) This exhibition will focus on the on the genus of dinosaurs known as tyrannosaurs. The exhibition will explore how these mega-predators came to be, with an emphasis on the most famous and impressive member of the family, Tyrannosaurus rex. Updated Climate Change Exhibit Understand one of the most urgent scientific issues of our time. explore how climate change is affecting the world today as well as what might happen in the future if the current course continues.

Girona is a monumental city where you can experience its 2000 years of history thanks to its fortified walls and the small streets of the old city center. There you will see about “Forca Vella”, a roman foundation and the medieval expansion of the walls during the centuries XIV & XV. You will enjoy a guided walking tour of the city center, visiting the Cathedral, with its well-preserved medieval streets that lead you towards the famous pastel colored housesat the edge of the river bank. The old city center of Girona holds an important artistic heritage. You will be given some free time in Girona to enjoy the city by yourself.
