Welcome to the Bombay Sapphire Distillery The Bombay Sapphire Distillery at Laverstoke Mill offers a behind-the-scenes experience that showcases the artistry and creativity infused into every drop of Bombay Sapphire gin. Guests of this state-of-the-art, sustainable distillery can discover what makes Bombay Sapphire such a distinctive gin. From discovering the unique Vapour Infusion distillation process in the Dakin Still House, to exploring the ten exotic botanicals nurtured in the stunning glasshouses.  Visitors can also uncover the history of both Laverstoke Mill and Bombay Sapphire, explore the local conservation area and complete the experience with Bombay Sapphire cocktails in the Mill Bar. Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.

Die Farbe dieses nach klassischer Methode gekelterten Rose ist ein brillantes Altrosa. In der Nase verzaubert er mit lebhaften Aromen von Weissdorn und Nuancen von Johannisbeeren und Walderdbeeren. Im Mund ist er trocken, elegant mit einem milden, langen Abgang mit einer Ahnung von süssen Mandeln und Moos.

Syrah, die grosse Rotwein-Rebe der Rhone, fühlt sich auf Sizilien überaus wohl. Denn im warmen, mediterranen Klima der Mittelmeerinsel kann sie perfekt ausreifen und liefert dunkle, fruchtintensive und würzige Weine, die gerade im günstigen Preissegment hochattraktiv sind - was dieser Syrah von Valoro Sicilia eindrucksvoll unter Beweis stellt. Im Duft Waldbeeren, Zwetschgen, mediterrane Kräuter, am Gaumen sehr samtig und weich mit gutem Körper und überraschender Länge.

Dieser Grüne Veltliner von Stift Göttweig besticht durch fruchtige, frische Aromen und klassisch würzige Sortentypizität. Passt zu: gebratenem Hähnchenfleisch und asiatischen Gerichten.

Helles Gelb mit silbernen Reflexen, glänzend im Glas. Die Trauben für den trockenen Gutsriesling von Christmann stammen traditionell aus der Vorlese der klassifizierten Lagen des Weingutes. Herrlich frische, reintönige und intensive Fruchtaromen, feine Mineralität und gut stützende, feine Säure, Rasse, Eleganz und für einen kleinen Gutsriesling eine erstaunliche Tiefe. Ein exzellenter Riesling für jeden Tag. Passt zu leichten Vorspeisen, Salaten mit gerösteten Nüssen und gebratenen Pilzen, Spargelgerichten, gebratenem Fisch oder feinem Geflügel. Aus biologischem Anbau
