In der Farbe glänzendes Strohgelb mit hellgoldenen Reflexen. Duftiges Bouquet von gelben Äpfeln, Birnen, Zitrusfrüchten, auch etwas Steinobst, weisse Blüten und pikante Würznoten Muskatnuss . Am Gaumen trocken, sanft, doch nicht ohne Kraft und Fülle, gut ausgewogen, mit feiner Würze, viel Saft und Frische. Ein Wein für pures Trinkvergnügen, früh zugänglich. Passt zu verschiedensten Salaten, Meeresfrüchten und Austern, zu pochiertem Fisch mit leichten Kräutersaucen oder Forelle, Elsässer Flammkuchen, Quiche oder zu Hühnchen und leichten Nudelgerichten.

As a working distillery, visitors must wear sensible footwear on the distillery tour (no high heels or open toed shoes permitted).
