Der Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs wird nur in aussergewöhnlichen Jahren vinifiziert. Er besteht ausschliesslich aus erstmalig gepressten Weinen, die von den grossen Crus der mit Chardonnay-Reben bepflanzten Cote des Blancs stammen. In geradezu grandioser Weise entfaltet sich bei dem Comtes de Champagne die Frucht und Finesse der Chardonnay-Rebe. Brillantes, sehr helles Strohgelb bis Hellgold, zarte Bläschen, die regelmässig als feinste Perlenschnüre aufsteigen. In der Nase üppig, elegant mit lebhaft frischem Bouquet zuerst von Blüten und Zitrusfrüchten, wie Mandarine, Grapefruit, Blutorange, die sich zu reiferen Noten von Rosinen, kandierten Früchten und Gebäck entfalten.
