Sehr gefälliger, sortenreiner Nero d Avola mit einem klaren Bouquet von Schwarzkirsch-, Pflaumen- und roten Maulbeernoten. Im Geschmack sehr weich. Passt zu: geschmorten Fleisch und Wild, kräftig gebratenem Fisch Geflügel, gereiftem Hart- Rotschmierkäse.
