In der Nase präsentiert der Wein ein kühles mineralisches Bouquet, reife gelbe Früchte, feine Hefenoten und anregenden Zitrustouch. Am Gaumen ist er würzig, sehr präzise und dicht strukturiert bei burgundischer Finesse. Passt zu: Meeres- und Krustentieren, sowie zu Nudelgerichten und Pasta.

Ein Wein in einem sehr blassen Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen verzückt die Nase mit einem Bouquet dominierend mit blumig-fruchtigen Aromen von Geissblatt, Eisenkraut, saftig gereiften Zitrusfrüchten Mandarine, Grapefruit , exotischen Früchten Ananas und Steinobst weisser und gelber Pfirsich . Der Ausbau auf den Feinhefen und im Eichenbarriques steuert zusätzlich feine Noten von grünen Mandeln und Vanille bei. Auch am Gaumen verschmelzen Blüten, Kräuter, etwas Steinobst und Zitrusfrüchte mit einem Hauch von Exotik und nun auch feinen mineralischen Noten, sehr klar und frisch, elegant und ausdrucksvoll, zugleich geschmeidig mit mittlerem Körper und ausgezeichneter Länge, im Finale exotische Früchte und ein Hauch Kräuterfrische. Passt zu gegrilltem oder in Butter gebratenem Fisch mit Kräutern, Meeresfrüchten, Jakobsmuscheln an Sahnesauce, gegrilltem Hühnchen oder Frikassee, grünem Salat mit gebackenem Ziegenkäse, Lachs oder Gemüsequiche.
