Am Gaumen eine schöne, Viognier-typische Aromatik, Frische, Saft, dabei immer schlank, elegant. Sehr gelungen. Passt zu Vorspeisen wie Vitello Tonnato, gegrilltem Geflügel, Kalbskotelett mit geschmortem Gemüse, gegrillter Lachs mit cremigem Risotto oder mittelkräftiger Käse.
