Ticket Details - Customers must print their confirmation vouchers/Tickets and take it with them. - You will then need to take the voucher to the entrance to gain entry to the Attraction. Purchasers will then be given an allocated time within 45 minutes of their arrival to return to the attraction, or a later time of yout choice, subject to availability. - All Merlin Attractions reserve the right to alter, close or remove details/exhibits without prior notice - A tour of Shrek’s Adventure can hold a maximum of 40 people, if your group contains more than 40 people they will be split across 2 tours. Height restrictions; a) The magic bus – minimum height to ride is 0.9m - Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or over. - Merlin reserves the right to change and alter the height restrictions and age limits at any time and for any reason. - The attraction is wheelchair accessible. The bus ride will only be accessible to guests who are mobile enough to get on the bus. There is a maximum of 2 wheelchair users allowed in the attraction at any one time. Guests with a disability pay the standard price and their carer is free of charge. - Unfortunately childrens pushchairs are not allowed in the venue.  London Aquarium The SEA LIFE London Aquarium is home to one of Europe’s largest collections of global marine life and the jewel in the crown of the 28 SEA LIFE attractions in the UK and Europe. Situated in the heart of London, the experience takes visitors on an immersive and interactive journey along the Great Oceanic Conveyor. The mysterious experience, spread over three floors, starts by taking a submarine style lift to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. Along the journey, a stunning glass tunnel walkway offers guests an unforgettable experience by strolling underneath a Tropical Ocean. There is plenty of interaction along the way, from feeding the stingrays and watching diving displays to touch pools and discovery zones. Other stars of the show include green turtles, seahorses, octopus, zebra sharks and the ever popular clown fish. The true highlight however, commences as guests complete their journey in the deeper darker zone of the Pacific Ocean - take a walk on the wild side and watch 10 species of shark swim beneath your feet from a suspended glass platform. As well as allowing millions of people to discover the marvels of the marine world, the SEA LIFE network has an important role to play in helping safeguard our seas and their inhabitants for the future. The SEA LIFE London Aquarium provides the UK with a leading centre of excellence on marine management, conservation, preservation and education in the heart of the capital. Crocodiles to take up residence in SEA LIFE London Aquarium! Crocodiles, Piranhas, a family of Poison Arrow Frogs and a host of exotic aquatic creatures will be taking up residence in an entirely new Rainforests of the World area at the SEA LIFE London Aquarium this Easter. Rainforests of the World will totally replace the existing rainforest area and provide a snapshot into the vulnerable eco-systems of Malaysia, West Africa and South America. In an immersive journey across three continents guests will get up close and personal with some of the rainforests’ most famous and feared residents. A pair of 6 ft West African Dwarf Crocodiles will be just snapping distance away in a specially created wetland habitat mirroring their African home. The family of highly toxic Poison Arrow Frogs will provide a kaleidoscope of colour, but watch out for the alluring yellow Golden Dart Frog, the most lethal of them all. Continuing the small but deadly theme is one of Europe’s biggest collections of Piranha fish famed for their flesh eating frenzies. The new experience is the latest development in the rejuvenation of the attraction which was transformed into the SEA LIFE London Aquarium last year and its March 2010 completion will mark the first anniversary of its re-opening in Easter 2009. As well as the exciting new Rainforests of The World, the SEA LIFE London Aquarium is home to thousands of marine creatures from every part of the world including 46 sharks, and boasts some breathtaking features including a stunning tropical glass tunnel walkway and a nerve testing Shark Walk finale, plus an ongoing programme of interactive family friendly activities. Tower Bridge Over 100 years ago, the Victorians built a bridge that has become one of London's most famous landmarks. High level walkways were built to allow people to cross the Thames whilst the Bridge was lifted to let tall ships sail past - Tower Bridge Today these Walkways act as viewing galleries, giving visitors the most spectacular views across an ever changing London skyline. Walkways & Exhibition: Visitors enter Tower Bridge Exhibition via the North Tower. They are then transported by lift to the top of the Tower (47 metres above the Thames) where they have a unique opportunity to see the Bridge’s steel skeleton from within. A short film explains the history and provenance of the Bridge and then there is the chance to admire the spectacular views – from both covered Walkways. Together with far-reaching views of East London, the walkway will be bolstered with a further 20 revered bridges in the extended popular display, ‘Great Bridges of the World’. On the east Walkway there are fantastic views of the Docklands and from the west Walkway you can see the new GLA building, the Tower of London, St Paul’s, the city, the Pool of London and Big Ben and the London Eye in the distance. Interactive computerised kiosks and graphic panels explain the significance of the views to visitors, as well as providing more information on the history and building of the Bridge. The interactive material and graphic panels are written in seven languages and an audio loop for the hard of hearing is also in place for the video show. There is another film to view in the South Tower before descending for the short walk to the historical Engine Rooms, included in your ticket price. Victorian Engine Rooms: These provide a fascinating insight into late 19th century engineering. Installed for the completion of Tower Bridge in 1894, these huge, and beautifully maintained, coal-driven engines were used to power the thousands of bascule Bridge lifts performed until 1976. Although lifts are now operated by electricity, the original steam engines are still in place. The Engine Rooms give visitors a chance to experiment with models demonstrating the technology behind the Bridge. There are also some amazing photographs of  Tower BridgeTthroughout its lifetime – including a revealing picture of the heavy steel structure of the Bridge as the stone cladding was installed over it. Siam Park Just some of the attractions for you to enjoy at Siam Water Park include... Siam Parks’ most iconic feature, The Tower of Power, is also its most jaw-dropping thrill ride. Climb the tower, take a deep breath and hang on to your swim wear as you plunge down the almost vertical 28 metre drop in “free-fall” and emerge (unscathed but screaming your head off!) via a mysterious aquarium. The Lost City uncover the secrets of this splashy water fortress as you venture across bridges, through waterfalls and down gentle slides. This is the park attraction for kids that adults love! Baby Zone not to leave anyone out, Siam Park also has a special area for water babies! The really young members and their parents can enjoy slides that have been specially designed for them. Relax and sunbathe underneath the palm trees as you take in the beautiful views at La Gomera and the ocean or enjoy a snack on the white sand beach and in a wonderful Thai atmosphere. With its comfortable sun beds and sun umbrellas available, the turquoise waters will transport you to paradise. Water temperature 24º. Sea Lion Island as you enter the park there is a warm welcome from the fun-loving Sea Lions. They can be watched as they swim and play, showing you just how much fun can be had in the water. Aqua Club Thermal Spa There is also a leisure and relaxation area with a large dynamic swimming pool with more than 300 water jets, where you can experience the stimulating experience of a full thermal circuit. The entrance ticket also includes the use of a locker and towels are available at just $2 with a small deposit. The full circuit lasts two and-a-half hours. You’ll thoroughly enjoy this oasis of relaxation and health, and will be impressed by the quality service supplied by the team of highly qualified professionals that will help you to wind down and recharge your batteries. Treatments are available for you to choose but are optional extras and not included in you Spa ticket.

The private villa offers a place to relax with its own private balcony overlooking the park. Each villa has 8 hammocks, a jacuzzi on the terrace, towels, fan, sofa and TV. Also included is a fully stocked mini bar with soft drinks, beer and snacks. The private villa offers excellent value for money and need to be booked well in advance. With fantastic views over the water park, the villa provides a private place to relax in your own hammocks. Your ticket includes food, drinks, snacks and fast track entrance to the park plus fast track to the attractions. This has to be the best way to enjoy a VIP experience! Conditions: Children under 3 years of age do not count for a seat. Each facility has a minimum price established for 8 people. Each extra person (up to 7) must pay an additional cost. Valid Photo ID is required for entry with each booking - You will be refused entry if your ID does not match the stated visitor name.

Life jackets are complimentary and available at towel rental locations. Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 48”/1.2m and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages. All swimmers under 48”/1.2m should be kept within arm's reach of a responsible adult whenever in the water. Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Water Park. Children should be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.  Lifeguards are present for the safety of all guests but there is no substitute for constant supervision of the children and others. Eye-glasses and jewellery should be removed prior to riding.  Aquaventure attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc) or contagious diseases are not permitted on the attractions. Swim nappies for babies and young children must be worn within pools and are available in all gift shops within the park.  Please wear appropriate swimwear at all times. Inappropriate swimwear includes but not limited to the following:  Thongs Underwear on its own Street Clothes Clothing with rivets, buckles or exposed metal Long, loose – fitting clothing Any garments deemed inappropriate by Atlantis Management We request that Aquaventure guests observe and respect cultural sensitivities which relate to this part of the world.
