ACTIVATING THE NEW YORK PASS The smart card records when and where you first use your Pass, as well as how long the Pass will remain valid. This means your Pass is activated the moment that you first use it at an attraction or service. Your New York Pass is then valid for the number of days that you've purchased - be it 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 or 10 days. It is important to note that a ‘day’ is based on a calendar day, not a 24 hour period. VALIDITY OF THE NEW YORK PASS The New York Pass is valid for use on consecutive days only. You can visit each attraction just once with the New York Pass. At the end of your validity period, the pass will expire and will no longer allow access to attractions. If, for example, you used a three day pass for the first time on Monday, your pass will cease working at the end of Wednesday, regardless of how often you have used it in between. This tour involves a fair amount of walking. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Free tickets for disabled visitors and for accompanying persons may not be booked online. The free tickets are issued at the "Special Permits" desk or "Reception", situated in the entrance hall to the Vatican Museums. Entrance into the Vatican is subject to a strict dress code. Shoulders and knees must be covered. No low-cut or sleeveless tops or shorts will be not permitted for men and women. Clients that do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted to enter the Vatican. The local tour provider cannot be held responsible for entry denied due to improper dress. Large handbags, haversacks etc. are not permitted inside the museum. Wardrobe services are available inside the Vatican Museums Certain sites or sections of sites included in the tour may occasionally be subject to last minute changes, for example unscheduled closures. In such cases the tour operator shall be pleased to offer an alternative tour. How to redeem your voucher: You can redeem your voucher on board of the Open Bus or City Sightseeing Visitor Centre before 15:00

For Tours:
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time (20 minutes prior if you have booked children's equipment). Please bring your receipt or confirmation number.
Participants arriving after the tour departure time risk forfeiture of their tour seats.
If you would like to reschedule your reservation you may do so at any time.
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time and would like a refund we will issue a refund less a 10% processing fee.
No Refund will be issued for a reservation cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour for weather or other reasons. If the tour is cancelled, and you are unable to make any of the rescheduled tours, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled tour.
If the weather is questionable, please call one hour prior to the start time to confirm the tour status.
On the day of your tour, bring your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to the tour departure location. Trailer carriages, trailer tandems, and child seats available for children at the child rate. Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund.
