Stick Nails for use with the Stanley Bostitch Wire Weld Framing Nailers, the traditional wire weld collation gives the stick nails more rigidity and resistance to damp environments. 28° Collation Angle Designed for the construction market, where it is important to find the right combination of tool weight and working autonomy. Since sticks contain fewer nails than coiled nails (approx 25) and less of them are loaded into the nailer, the tool is lighter. A simpler feed mechanism for stick nails also helps to keep the weight of the tools lower than for coil nailers for similar size nails. This is important when you are working up a ladder with your arm stretched out. (Remember only tools fitted with sequential trip should be used when working up a ladder). Smooth shank nails have exactly that: a smooth appearance. Due to their regular form they can be produced at very high speed and are therefore the most economical type of nail. However, their holding power is the lower than ring shank nails. They require less energy to drive them and the air consumption per nail can be lower. Sometimes it is possible to use a smaller tool to drive them. Ring shank nails have a series of rings punched into the surface of the shank. Again a difference in the diameter of the shank is produced making it even more difficult to withdraw the nail. Ring shank nails have to be produced at lower speeds and their cost is generally higher than for a smooth shank nail. The air consumption per nail is also higher, and the energy required to drive these nails into hard wood is very much greater. Bright finish is without any form of protection and is the most economical choice, but the nails will start to rust before nails that have a protective treatment. Used in applications where no protection is required, for example a one way disposal pallet. As all standard nails come with this finish. Galvanising , or coating with Zinc, is the best way to prevent nails from corroding. The zinc does not protect the steel of the nail, but is corroded first. The thicker the zinc coating, the longer it will be before the nail is attacked. The thickest coating is called hot dipped and is applied by dipping the nails into a bath of molten zinc. Galvanised protection is measured in Microns (each Micron is 0.000001 of an metre thick). The thicker the micron coating the better the protection level of the nails.Gauge/Diameter (mm) 3.1 Length 90 28° Collation AngleSKU S310R90 Profile RING Finish BRIGHT Description STICK NAIL 3.10-90 RING 2M Qty per box 2000Will also fit the N80SB, FW28WW-E, N100S
These Faithfull professional, high quality Combination Spanners are forged from chrome vanadium steel, which is hardened, tempered and satin chrome plated for corrosion protection. Manufactured to DIN 3113 standards. The broached jaws and rings ensure a consistent tolerance and a guaranteed accurate fit. Both the jaw and ring end are set at a 15 degree offset for ease of use in awkward positions.Size 22mm
The Milwaukee PLH 20 SDS-Plus L Shape Hammer is a 2 mode drill - hammer drilling and rotary drilling - for maximum versatility. It has an SDS-plus chuck, with optimised hammer drilling at 5 – 12 mm. It has a forward and reverse mechanism. The PLH 20 features motor cooling airflow that is designed in a way that blows drilling debris away from the user when drilling overhead. A safety clutch protects user and machine if the drill bit jams. The drill has AVS (Anti-Vibration-System) to provide more comfortable use and less strain. The soft-grip handle and ergonomic 2-finger trigger with variable speed control increase the comfort further. Supplied in a kitbox. Specification Modes: Hammer Drilling, Rotary Drilling. Input Power: 620 Watt. No Load Speed: 0-2,700/min. Impact Rate: 0-4,400/bpm with 2.0 Joules. Capacity: Concrete: 20mm, Steel: 13mm, Wood: 30mm. Chuck: SDS-Plus. Cable Length: 4m. Weight: 1.9kg.

These Forgefix Spring Lock Washers ring-shaped, split at one point and bent into a helix. This shape means that the washer exerts a spring force between the fastener's head and the base item. The main purpose of the Spring Washer is to prevent loosening of the fastener by either movement or vibration. These washers are bright zinc plated for increased corrosion resistance. APPLICATIONIdeal for all manner of bolting applications where movement or vibration may cause loosening. Typical examples would be engineering and machinery. Can be used with all types of bolts and nuts. Zinc coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer lasting finish. It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged. Zinc oxide is a fine white dust that (in contrast to iron oxide) does not trigger a breakdown of the substrate’s surface integrity as it is formed. The zinc oxide, if left intact, can act as a barrier to further oxidation, in a way similar to the protection afforded to aluminum and stainless steels by their oxide layers.Spring Washers ZP M8 Bag 100
