Accessibility KidZania accommodates visits for those with special requirements. We believe all kids should be able to experience role-play in a fun and unique way. Hearing Impairments: All activities are equipped with a 'Help Hearing Guide' - a read-a-long guide for visitors with hearing impairments. This is a free service and can be obtained by an activity staff member on the day of your visit.  Visual Impairments: Service Animals (Registered Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Medical Alert Dogs) are welcome around KidZania, however due to health and safety reasons, there are selected activities where they will not be permitted.  Accessible Parking: Westfield London offers a selection of accessible parking. Blue Badge holder will be permitted four hours free parking Monday to Friday. To qualify for this, you must provide a Blue Badge and parking ticket to Westfield staff at the Shopmobility desk.  Getting Around: KidZania is entirely accessible to wheelchair users, with many lifts and escalator available. There are several accessible toilets, a variety of rest areas and all food and retail outlets are wheelchair friendly. 

Participants should plan on spending 1 to 1.5 hours at Dolphins Plus from arrival to departure. Participants must understand English or bring someone that can translate in order to take part in the swim program. Participants should be comfortable in water that is 12 - 15 feet deep. Swimmers must be at least 7 years old to participate. A participating parent or guardian, age 18 or older must accompany swimmers age 7 to 9 years. Swimmers age 10 to 17 must be accompanied at the facility by a participating or non- swimming parent/ guardian age 18 or older, but can enter the water independently. Pregnant women are unable to participate in our in-water encounters. If any members of your party have special needs please contact us before completing your booking  

Discover the city as you pedal along on one of our comfortable bikes with our friendly guide who will tell you about the historic details, the fascinating experiences of everyday life in the city and its iconic landmarks and sights on this easy-going route. Go on a relaxing cycle tour of Barcelona and visit unique cultural sights such as the Museu d’Art Contemporani, in the Raval neighbourhood, which has its own Rambla with its own unique inhabitant, Botero’s ‘Cat’. The guide will tell you some curious anecdotes about the neighbourhood and will then take you to the plaça Reial, the plaça Sant Jaume, the charming plaça de San Felipe Neri, the majestic Cathedral, the Roman walls and the plaça del Rei, among many other landmark sights. Next, you’ll head down to the seafront and beaches where you’ll be able to stop, time permitting. You’ll visit the old harbour, the Port Vell, the Barceloneta district, the Olympic Marina and, on the way back, you’ll cycle through the Parc de la Ciutadella and stop at the Sagrada Família. And during the hot summer nights you’ll also be able to go on one of our night-time tours! Exploring the city by bike is a wonderful way to experience Barcelona day or night.

Modern government buildings stand side by side with historic landmarks. The 642-acre Arlington National Cemetery honors all those who’ve served our country. Here, you’ll find the Kennedy gravesite and witness the Changing of the Guards at the somber Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.  On this tour loop, you’ll also cross Arlington Memorial Bridge and see the Pentagon. The enormous headquarters for the Department of Defense is like a city in itself with 23,000 employees. Washington National Cathedral & Georgetown Loop (Yellow Loop): The second largest cathedral in the United States is found in the District’s Northwest quadrant. Washington National Cathedral is a spiritual hub open to all and a stunning work of Gothic architecture featuring stained glass, ornate carvings and vaulted ceilings. Your tour continues in Georgetown, a picturesque neighborhood home to many colorful row houses and renowned Georgetown University. M Street, which runs through the neighborhood, is a mecca for shopping, dining, and nightlife. You can also hop off at Georgetown Waterfront Park to stroll along the promenade and rent a canoe or kayak! FAQ How long do I have to use my pass? You’ll have one day to use your pass, starting when you redeem your voucher at the CitySights DC Ticket Desk at Union Station in Washington, DC. What does unlimited hop-on, hop-off access mean? Can I get off anywhere?  With unlimited hop-on, hop-off access you can hop off the bus at any of the designated tour stops along the route, spend time walking around or exploring attractions, and get back on the bus at the same stop or any of the other designated stops listed on our map. You can do this an unlimited number of times within the specified hours for each tour. View tour stops and route map here.  You can not hop off at locations other than our designated hop-on, hop-off tour stops.  Do I need to specify a date of travel?  No. When you place your order, you will have to choose the day you believe you are going to use the voucher. However, we do understand that plans change so you have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire. Please note, some of our partner attractions do require reservations – please refer to the tour details for more information.  Can I use my voucher to board the bus?  No. You must redeem your voucher at the Citysights DC Tickets Desk - Union Station Main Lobby, 50 Massachusetts Avenue, NE Washington, DC 20002. Where can I start the tour?  After redeeming your voucher at Union Station, you may use your ticket(s) to board a bus and start your tour at any of the hop-on, hop-off stops. The double-decker buses run every 30 minutes (Red Loop), every hour (Purple Loop) and every 2 hours (Yellow Loop). Please be advised that times can vary due to traffic conditions. Is the tour commentary available in my language?  Narrated tours available in: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hebrew, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean and Russian.  How long is each tour?  Your tour length varies based on the route. There are 4 double-decker bus routes. Siam Park Just some of the attractions for you to enjoy at Siam Water Park include... Siam Parks’ most iconic feature, The Tower of Power, is also its most jaw-dropping thrill ride. Climb the tower, take a deep breath and hang on to your swim wear as you plunge down the almost vertical 28 metre drop in “free-fall” and emerge (unscathed but screaming your head off!) via a mysterious aquarium. The Lost City uncover the secrets of this splashy water fortress as you venture across bridges, through waterfalls and down gentle slides. This is the park attraction for kids that adults love! Baby Zone not to leave anyone out, Siam Park also has a special area for water babies! The really young members and their parents can enjoy slides that have been specially designed for them. Relax and sunbathe underneath the palm trees as you take in the beautiful views at La Gomera and the ocean or enjoy a snack on the white sand beach and in a wonderful Thai atmosphere. Sea Lion Island as you enter the park there is a warm welcome from the fun-loving Sea Lions. They can be watched as they swim and play, showing you just how much fun can be had in the water. Aqua Club Thermal Spa There is also a leisure and relaxation area with a large dynamic swimming pool with more than 300 water jets, where you can experience the stimulating experience of a full thermal circuit. The entrance ticket also includes the use of a locker and towels are available at just $2 with a small deposit. The full circuit lasts two and-a-half hours. You’ll thoroughly enjoy this oasis of relaxation and health, and will be impressed by the quality service supplied by the team of highly qualified professionals that will help you to wind down and recharge your batteries.
