Le Riz noir Nerone de Primeal est un type de riz complet naturellement colore et parfume avecune couleur noire proche de celle de la myrtille et de mures cuites. Il est cultive en Italie et possede une couleur noire-grenat qui est due a des pigments naturels presents aussi dans la myrtille et qui ont des proprietes antioxydantes. Pour preparer le riz Nerone, il est recommande de le rincer rapidement puis de le cuire dans deux volumes d eau froide a couvert pendant 45 minutes avant d ajouter du sel.
