For your riding safety, guests must be at least 12 years of age and weigh at least 100 pounds and not in excess of 260 pounds. All participants must be at least 12 years of age.   QUESTION: HOW BIG WILL MY GROUP BE? Our tours operate in groups of 8 guests or less.   QUESTION: WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO GET THERE FOR MY TOUR? We ask that the client arrive 10-15 minutes early for the scheduled tour to fill out necessary paperwork.  Each member of your party will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver form.   QUESTION: WILL I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT? Yes.  Insurance requires that City Segway Tours pre-authorize 400€ on a credit card. Please bring your MasterCard, Visa, Amex, or cash with you for this deposit (not Discovery).  Your card will not be charged, but we will hold onto the details should your Segway incur any damage while in your possession.   QUESTION: IF THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO RIDE A SEGWAY, WILL I BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP QUICKLY? Your safety is always our highest priority. Therefore, we begin each tour with a very thorough orientation of the Segway and its use before going out to enjoy the city!   QUESTION: CAN MINORS COME ON TOUR ALONE? For safety reasons, minors (anyone under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.   QUESTION: IF I AM PREGNANT CAN I JOIN THE TOUR? Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on our Segway tours.   QUESTION: ARE THE TOURS CANCELLED IF IT RAINS? Our tours go rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available in our office for €1 which are fully reimbursed if not used.

Sightseeing Tour + Tower HOP-ON HOP-OFF TOUR STOPS People absolutely love our unique Hop On, Hop Off tour route.  We start out in Alamo Plaza and immediately give you the double decker view of the beautiful Alamo.  From there we head north towards the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Pearl Brewery Complex, and much more.  And of course you are free to get off and explore at any of our 18 stops.  If you do, just go back to where we dropped you off and wait for our next bus to arrive.  We typically have four double deckers operating so we get to each stop every 20 to 30 minutes.  Take a look at our route below and buy online or come see us in Alamo Plaza.  You will love it!  Our tour stops include: The Alamo Once home to Spanish Missionaries as Mission de Valero, it is the site of the Battle Of The Alamo in 1836. The Royal Palace The Palace at Stirling Castle allows visitors to step into the astonishing richness of royal life in the 1500s. James V’s Palace at Stirling is one of the finest and best-preserved Renaissance buildings in Great Britain. Following a major programme of research and re-presentation, it can now be seen by visitors much as it may have looked on completion around 1545. The decoration of the Palace’s six main rooms is overwhelmingly colourful, rich and elaborate. James and his French wife Mary of Guise aimed to present themselves as wealthy, learned and sophisticated. The decorative style belongs to the Renaissance – a great flowering in arts, literature and philosophy that revolutionised Europe in the 1400s and 1500s. Bright colours, expensive fabics and ornate patterns were essential elements. But this was not flamboyance for its own sake.
