The Yale Anti-Snap (AS) Platinum Series Euro Profile Cylinders provide the maximum security against known cylinder attack methods. The cylinders are independently tested to BSI to be awarded the British Kitemarked TS007: 2012 3 star accreditation. The AS Platinum Series cylinders have a snap-off front section which, if attacked, will sacrificially come away to give an intruder less of the cylinder to attack. The hardened, reinforced bar is designed not to snap, but to flex in a way that will defeat the vast majority of intruders. An interlocking cam with strengthening bar provides additional protection and strength to the cylinder. The cylinders provide anti-drill, anti-bump, anti-drill and anti-screw protection. They are suitable as a replacement product on PVCu, wood and composite doors. 3 keys supplied.
