This very popular tour offers something for every member of your family … a four hour, multifaceted experience. First is naturalist led boat tour where you will encounter and learn about area's wildlife like dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, ospreys, herons, egrets and the beautiful Roseate Spoonbill. The second part of your experience is on an uninhabited, remote barrier island beach where your family can collect the many varieties of seashells, walk or swim in the beautiful turquoise waters or just relax on a beach. Next, your captain will  then take you on a family friendly fishing trip that is suitable for young children. While this great for guests with no fishing experience, it can also keep an avid angler happy.  You may catch the beautiful sea trout, the acrobatic lady fish or the speedy mackerel,..an activity sure to please every family member.

This is an extended 1hr 30 minute experience which includes a fully guided tour followed by a tasting of four Irish whiskeys before you blend your own personalised bottle of whiskey to take home. Journey back through time in a historic setting through this fantastic museum to unveil the intriguing tale of Irish whiskey. It will uniquely depict the origins of Irish Whiskey, its rise to glory, its dramatic fall and of course, the current revival of new Irish Whiskeys. Well it all started with with the monks. We'll leave the hotel at around 09:30 and head for the fascinating Tzotzil Maya settlement of San Juan Chamula, famous for its unique religious practices blending Catholic and Maya beliefs. During our tour, we'll learn about the culture and traditions of this remarkable community. We visit first their atmospheric cemetery with its Maya crosses spread out across a hill. And from there we'll wander through the village to the main church of the community. Our next stop, San Lorenzo Zinacatan, is another Tzotzil-speaking community. This is one of the most colourful communities in the highlands, and this can be seen in the brilliant red, blue and purple clothing embroidered with large flowers worn by the local people. We'll visit the main church of the community and we'll also meet local people with the chance to buy some of their beautiful work. hen on the way back we we will go on a guided tour of the beautiful colonial city of San Cristobal de las Casas before arriving back at our hotel at around 14:30.
