The tour begins at 09:00 am from the center of Bilbao to direct us along the right bank of the river and leaving the other side of the estuary the industrial towns of Barakaldo, Sestao and Portugalete.
Once in Getxo, we reach the famous Hanging Bridge, where we make a brief stop for who wants to climb on it from above has breathtaking views magnificence cas. We travel to pass through the imposing Castle Butron with 45 meters high and Mungia. From here we head for the coast to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, beautiful chapel clinging to a rock and surrounded by the sea. We will continue along the coast to the typical fishing village of Bermeo, where we stop to visit. Then get up the coast to Mundaka, where we can enjoy its beauty and magnificence cas delight with views of the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai.
We followed the trail to reach the emblematic town of Gernika and visit its famous Opera House and Tree Boards.
Back to Bilbao Bizkaia inside with beautiful scenery and return to your hotel about 14:00
Your next stop will be at the village of Prades and here you will have 1 hour 15 minutes to stroll around the village and take a break for lunch. You can bring your own packed lunch and have a picnic or you can buy a menu of 3 courses and a drink for just 12 euros, 2 euros less than the normal price. You will notice you are surrounded by the red colour of the sharp stones used to build the walls, the church and many of the houses. In the Plaza Mayor, you will see the Spherical renaissance fountain, where once a year it is filled with cava and the locals spend the day and night drinking from it. You can also see the Gothic Church of Santa Maria.
Then onto another picturesque village, Siurana, where you will be taken back in time as you walk on the cobbled streets and pass the old stone houses. Here there is a small shop where you can but local produce, ice creams and postcards. There are spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding landscapes and you can look down to the lake of Siurana which will be your next stop. This really is one of the most beautiful villages you could hope to visit. Your last stop will be to the water for another dip or swim and a good chance to cool off. Then, after a great day out you will be taken back to your hotel and you will be given a present of a bottle of wine to take back with the rest of the lovely memories you will have.

Folks with recent back, neck and heart problems should check with a doctor before flying.

La Cité du Vin hosts rich and cultural events that happen all year round in very large auditorium. This happens weekly at La Cité du Vin.
Workshops - There are seven different themed workshops that are available for all ages and all audiences, connoisseurs to the much younger generation, which is set in three tasting areas including a multi-sensory space and educational workshops: multi-sensory experiences, discovery workshops, wine and delicacies, junior workshops, family workshops and many more!
Other activities - There are many other activities that highlight wine's universal dimension (grape varieties of the world, wine through the ages), cultural heritage aspects (landscapes, legends, rites, wine and the arts) and tasting (flavour, sensoriality).
The Reading Room - This is a free area that is open to all, which offers a wide selection of literary, historic , artistic and even anthropological works that relate to the fabulous world of wine!
