Die im Durchschnitt über 50 Jahre alten Rebstöcke Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, Cinsault und andere bringen einen reichhaltig strukturierten Rotwein hervor, voller Power und Potenzial. Der Name des Weinguts stammt von dem alten Telegraphenmast, der sich auf La Crau befand und den Süden Frankreichs mit Paris verband.
