Der Wein verkörpert den Prototyp eines Chablis Grand Cru: Strohgelb mit grünen Reflexen, Duft von reifen,gelben Früchten und mineralischen Anklängen. Am Gaumen wird der Wein geprägt durch eine ausgeprägte mineralische Frucht, einer markanten, reifen Säure und grosser Kraft und Dichte. Passt zu: geräuchertem Lachs mit Pellkartoffeln oder frischen Salaten.

Guests of this state-of-the-art, sustainable distillery can discover what makes Bombay Sapphire such a distinctive gin. From discovering the unique Vapour Infusion distillation process in the Dakin Still House, to exploring the ten exotic botanicals nurtured in the stunning glasshouses.  Visitors can also uncover the history of both Laverstoke Mill and Bombay Sapphire, explore the local conservation area and complete the experience with Bombay Sapphire cocktails in the Mill Bar. Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.
