Das Bouquet ist fruchtig, intensiv, mit reifenschwarzen Johannisbeeren, Heidelbeeren und Brombeeren, ergänzt mit wunderbarer Würze, Lakritze und etwas Tabak. Am Gaumen ist er sehr saftig mit lebendiger Säure, sehr gute Tanninstruktur, die Gerbstoffe sind weich und reif. Es ist ein dichter, wunderbar komplexe Rotwein mit sehr langen Nachhall und grossen Potenzial. Passt zu: würzigen Gerichten mit gebratenem odergeschmortem roten Fleisch und Wild.
