Superfood Hanf, verarbeitet in einer hochwertigen Gemüsemehl-Mischung Die Hanfpflanze ist eine sehr genügsame Pflanze. Sie gedeiht mit nur wenig Dünger und auf fast allen Böden. Nebenbei beinhaltet das Superfood ein optimales Omega-Fettsäuren-Verhältnis. Eine perfekt harmonische Kombi aus Gemüsepulver und Getreidemehl. Zubereitung: Hanf Milchbrötchen 140g Hanfmehl, 65g Zucker, 1 Prise Salz, 50g weiche Butter, 175ml lauwarme Milch, 0,5 Würfel Hefe. Geben Sie die Hefe in lauwarme Milch und warten Sie für ca. 10 Minuten bis Sie die restlichen Zutaten hinzufügen. Verarbeiten Sie nun alles zu einem schönen Teig. Anschließend den Teig zudecken damit er für 1 Stunde aufgehen kann. Vor dem Verarbeiten noch einmal alles sorgfältig durchkneten. Teilen Sie den Teig in 4 - 6 gleich große Stücke und beginnen Sie damit Brötchen zu formen. Geben Sie die fertigen Brötchen für 15 Minuten auf das vorbereitete Backblech. So können die Brötchen noch ein bisschen aufgehen. Zu gute Letzt die Brötchen mit Zuckerwasser bestreichen und bei 180°C ca. 25-30 Minuten backen. Hinweis: Weißt glänzend braune Spuren vom Schalenanteil auf.
