The opening of the musée du quai Branly, in June 2006, helped legiti­ mize long misunderstood cultures and finally made them accessible to a wider public. 300,000 works and objects from Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas make up the collection of the museum, whose mission is to conserve, document and enrich.  As a resource of messages and potential connections between world cultures, the collection is a point of departure from which the museum has shaped its identity: that of a museum for the 21st Century with inno­vative architecture and museography, all in the heart of a major interna­tional capital. The musée du quai Branly is a museum that does not claim to teach from a position of authority; rather, it sets out to create bridges between cultures, while encouraging curiosity and attracting visitors from diffe­rent backgrounds with varied interests. Within the museum, diverse skills and perspectives create the ideal context for the collection, giving rise to cultural, artistic and scientific proposals, from different levels of interpretation and approaches, be it via temporary exhibitions, performing arts, lectures or conferences. The quality and renewal of this myriad of offerings depend upon the public making the museum their own and upon their desire to keep coming back. This incredible presentation of big cats is produced by T.I.G.E.R.S., The Institute of Greatly Endangered and Rare Species, an international big cat conservation educational organization. After each show, guests can purchase special, upclose photographs with tiger cubs or primates. Wild Adventures Times: Daily 12:00 & 15:30 Location: Serpentarium While Doctor Wasabi is out on safari, come visit with our animal care staff as we unlock the secrets behind some of the jungle's most rare and unusual residents. Parrot Cove Times: Daily 11:00 to 17:00 Located at the farthest tip of Jungle Island, Parrot Cove is Miami’s only private beach. This sophisticated tropical beach playground offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami and is exclusively for the use of park guests. After getting up-close to some of the world’s most fascinating animals, park guests can head to Parrot Cove for more adventures under the sun. At this beach oasis located at the tip of Jungle Island, visitors can relax in lounge chairs and then cool off by wading into Biscayne Bay. With the cost of admission to Jungle Island, the entrance fee to Parrot Cove is free. Be sure to stop by Parrot Cove to stay cool and relaxed in between Jungle Island's fascinating animal shows. Manu Encounter Times: Daily 11:00 to 17:00 Location: Manu Fashioned after the clay cliffs in Manu, Peru. This is an interactive experience with Squirrel Monkeys, free-flying macaws and parrots as well as other exotic animals. A brief presentation on the habits and habitats of these animals will be given by one of our Animal Care Trainers who will remain present to answer questions relating to this exhibit. Everglades Habitat & Walk Make your way across a true replica of the Florida Everglades, complete with beautiful flora and fauna from the region. Feed our birds around the park Many of our magnificent birds enjoy being fed by you, our guests. You’ll find them along our jungle paths with food dispensers at each location. Interact with Trainers and Animals As you wander through the park, you’ll encounter our trainers who host an assortment of animals. Touch, ask questions, and make friends. Penguin Exhibit Times: See penguins after each Wild Adventures Show Location: Serpentarium Our South African penguins are so adorable. Come see our fluffy little friends swim and waddle around their penguin pool. Playground It’s your time to monkey around. Frolic on slides and crawl tubes. Tortoise Exhibit You’ll be astonished at the size of these giant tortoises. Some males grow to 500 pounds and can live for 150 years.

Leaving Glasgow you will head north-west through the rugged Highlands of Scotland until you reach Inveraray, a quaint town built in the mid-18th century on the shores of Loch Fyne. Here you can choose to visit Inveraray Castle* the historic home of the Duke of Argyll, chief of the Clan Campbell, nestled in large beautiful gardens overlooking Loch Fyne. Alternatively, explore the town’s white-washed Georgian houses, wide streets and breathtaking views across the loch.  Your route climbs further north into the Highlands through stunning scenery marked by several dramatic castles and beautiful lochs. You'll pause to admire Kilchurn Castle, one of Scotland’s most photographed castles, nestled on the banks of Loch Awe and beautifully framed by mountains.  Next you will make a stop for lunch in the picturesque harbour town of Oban, ‘Gateway to the Isles’, with free time to explore its horseshoe bay and see MacCaig’s Folly, an iconic 19th century tower reminiscent of the Colosseum in Rome.  After free time exploring, we travel onwards past the 15th century Castle Stalker, which is set on a small island on Loch Laich, before reaching Glencoe, one of Scotland’s most haunting glens and site of the 1692 massacre of the MacDonald clan.  The return journey will take you over the dramatic landscape of Rannoch Moor and the Black Mount before you make the final stop at the pretty conservation village of Luss on the ‘Bonnie, Bonnie Banks’ of Loch Lomond. Here you can feel free to walk along the shore or admire the village before returning to Glasgow.  *OPTIONAL EXTRA. LANGUAGES: English and Spanish The tour  begins at 09:00 am from Bilbao to go directly on the A8 motorway to the border and reach Biarritz where'll make a panoramic tour of the most beautiful and interesting places of this city with its residential and tourist Faro, beaches, Puerto Viejo, Casino, Sea Museum, Rocher de la Vierge, Hotel Du Palais residence of Napoleon... we can enjoy its central shopping streets. Route will continue to approach the beautiful village of St. Jean-de-Luz, where we will make a visit on foot for their most interesting with its historical buildings and the typical port. Follow the coast to reach Hendaye village situated at the mouth of Rio Bidasoa Hondarribia directly opposite to where we will move from the port of Hendaye in a small boat to cross the Bay. Once in Hondarribia we'll make a walking tour through its most emblematic and typical areas with its walled medieval area and castle of Charles V and their mansions and palaces as well as the Navy Area with its flower-filled balconies and rides, bars, terraces, restaurants and popular atmosphere. Free time for lunch. Our guide will recommend the best places to have lunch with a basis of Tapas or tasting menus at both restaurants closed as Terrazas. In the afternoon we will follow the route to San Sebastian where we will make a visit for its most interesting areas, avenues, bridges, Paseo de la Concha, etc... including the ascent of Mount Igeldo to finish with a walk through the typical party full of ancient history with its most emblematic buildings such as the Church of the Virgen del Coro, City Hall, Puerto Viejo, Aquarium, etc. Free time to enjoy the Bay and its magnificent views or enjoy one of their famous typical Tapas bar in the city. Return direct motorway to get to your hotel in Bilbao last afternoon.

Check-In: Upon arrival, check-in at our private air tour terminal. Flight: Approximately 35 minutes to Grand Canyon West. Landing: Helicopter ride to canyon's bottom. Boat Cruise: Pontoon boat cruise upriver into the Canyon. Approximately 15-20 minutes. Helicopter Return: Ascend 4,000 feet back to the canyons rim. Eagle Point and Guano Point: Venture out on the Skywalk Bridge at Eagle Point. When you're done exploring, transfer to Guano Point for more picture taking. A meal voucher is provided and can be used at one of the points. Return Flight to Hotel Drop-off: An approximate 35 minute flight back to the terminal. Once you are back you will be loaded onto a motor coach and taken back to your hotel.
