Die drei bekannten Rebsorten der Cava - Region, Macabeo, Xarello und Parellada. Die Bodenbeschaffenheit der Weinberge reicht von sandigen Böden über mit Steinen durchsetzten Lehmböden bis hin zu Silt- und Kieselböden. In dritter Generation führt Javier Suque Mateu das Castillo Perelada.
