Language App Chicago Trolley & Double Decker Company now has a FREE, foreign language app for both Android and iPhone! This new, easy to use app provides a fully narrated tour in Chinese (Mandarin), German, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish. We're excited to offer this option to our international guests! How to download? Easy as 1, 2, 3! On the guest's phone, search and download "Chicago Trolley Tour" in the application store. Once downloaded, open the app and the language options will appear. Choose the language needed and download. There will be a prompt to enter a password. The password is Chicago (not case sensitive). Please provide password information only once ticket has been purchased. That's it! So how does it work? Headphones will be provided for any guest using the app. Using GPS, the app follows the guests as they enjoy the views from our double deckers and trolleys. The narration is based on plotted points along our tour route. Guests can even click on each point to read the information. Once downloaded, the app does not use data. Guests can turn cellular data OFF if they would like to. However, GPS accuracy IS improved when Cellular Data is left ON, even though no data is use. Ticket Types

Use our self-guided map to discover how animals are linked to each other, their homes and you. Polar Play Zone Kids have a place at Shedd that they can call their own—Polar Play Zone. It’s cool as ice and twice as nice! The penguins think so, too. Play! Splash! Pretend! What would you like to be? A sleek sliding penguin? A deep-sea explorer? How about both? In Polar Play Zone, you can slip into a penguin suit and try being a bird in the Icy South play area. From there, head to the Icy North to explore the belugas’ Arctic waters in a kid-sized submarine. Don’t forget to shake hands—or is it arms?—with colorful sea stars in the touch pools. In Polar Play Zone, you’ll learn about polar opposites—big and small, fast and slow, shallow and deep, even north and south—while you play. This is an extended 1hr 30 minute experience which includes a fully guided tour followed by a tasting of four Irish whiskeys before you blend your own personalised bottle of whiskey to take home. Journey back through time in a historic setting through this fantastic museum to unveil the intriguing tale of Irish whiskey. It will uniquely depict the origins of Irish Whiskey, its rise to glory, its dramatic fall and of course, the current revival of new Irish Whiskeys. Savour the captivating anecdotes as told by our entertaining guides as they bring you through the ages of Irish Whiskey.  This interactive, modern experience will offer a WOW factor unlike any other of its kind in Dublin.  So where did Whiskey come from exactly? Well it all started with with the monks. Irish Whiskey History originated around the time of the 11th Century and it is believed that Irish Monks brought this technique of distilling perfumes back to Ireland from their travels through North Africa. This tour runs daily at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before your intended tour.

This is the text for the Frequently Asked Questions that applies to this specific tour. (Q) Do tours run all year round? (A) The River Thames tour is by reservations only. Please check the scheduling info on the tour page. Basically, if you can book it on our website, we're running it. And if not, do consider a private tour - if you have a decent size group (7+) or are willing to pay slightly more for the privilege, we will gladly create a bespoke tour for you at any time of the year. (Q) Where is the meeting point for the tour? (A) The morning and evening tours meet directly outside Southwark Underground Station (Jubilee Line) where you will see your guide with one of our beach cruiser style bikes and holding a sign. (Q) Is the tour difficult? (A) There is a lot more road riding on this tour so you must be confident on a bike. It is not strenuous but is a little bit longer and a touch more intimidating than our Royal London Tour.  (Q) What happens if it rains? (A) We run tours rain or shine and have plenty of rain ponchos. We find tours in the rain to be a different kind of fun and an even more fun memory! If you have a reservation and the weather is really bad, you are welcome to reschedule the tour for any other day for up to year. (Q) Do we stop for lunch? (A) Yes. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays we stop at Borough market, London's oldest and most atmospheric food market, which has a huge selection of food from around the world. There is also the opportunity to have a pint at a pub. On every other day you will have the option of cafes, a fish & chip restaurant or a pub. (Q) Where does the tour end? (A) Both tours finish at the same place they start. (Q) Do we go inside the sites? (A) No, the bike tours are an overview of the sites and more about getting a feel for the city. However, on private tours you can arrange to take extra time at the sites if you'd like to go inside. (Q) Will we be able to take photos? (A) Yes. There will be a chance to take many photos at the designated stops. (Q) Is there a space to store bags or luggage? (A) We do have limited space for luggage to be left in our garage, and you can strap smaller bags to the rack on the back of our bikes.back of our bikes. (Q) Do you provide the bikes? (A) Absolutely. (Q) Can I supply my own bike? (A) You are welcome to bring your own bicycle. Our insurance only covers the theft of our own bicycles, so please do bring your own lock for the lunch stop. (Q) Do you have children's bikes? (A) We do have a limited amount of children's bikes and baby seats. Unfortunately there are no tag-alongs available for this tour. You and your children will need to be comfortable cycling alongside traffic for this tour, so if you are at all unsure about your child's ability to cycle on the roads in London, the Royal London Tour might be the better option for you. Please be sure to specify in the NOTES of your booking. (Q) Can an adult ride on the tandem? (A) No. Our tandems are known as tag-alongs which attach to adult bikes and are designed for children up to about the age of five years old.. (Q) Are helmets provided? (A) Yes. You are not compelled by law to wear helmets in the UK, but we have more than enough for everyone so the choice is entirely yours.  

Big Bus San Francisco - Night Tour (NOT A HOP-ON HOP-OFF) The one hour Panoramic Night Tour of San Francisco begins in Fisherman’s Wharf and explores the most scenic neighborhoods; as the sunsets and the city begins to sparkle.
