Venting 6 air intakes and 4 exhaust ports combined with deep channeling in the interior energy absorbing EPS foam keeps your head cool, reducing rider fatigue. Weight The Variant’s visor and extended chin bar addition adds minimal weight and is offset by the wind tunnel refined shell to produce minimal lift characteristics. Exterior The wind tunnel-refined shell, executed in a Fiberglass/Dyneema/Carbon matrix, forms a solid first line of defense. The Variant’s signature visor system not only looks aggressive, it contributes to improved vision by helping block out bright sunlight while producing minimal lift characteristics. Shield The fog free Precision Optics shield, coupled with a reshaped eyeport, increases peripheral vision and and produces an unmatched distortion free line of sight so you can keep your eyes on the prize. Interior The Variant’s neck roll is incorporated into the removable, sweat wicking Hydradry™ liner for a contoured fit that cradles your noggin and aids in the reduction of wind noise. Coupled with the protective, energy absorbing EPS foam provides critical energy management which reduces the transmitted impact forces.

The Hydra Flux D-Dry jacket is light and versatile thanks to the use of the latest generation fabrics, Boomerang and Quick Dry. The jacket has a completely removable, waterproof and breathable D-Dry® membrane and the outer surface is made from a perforated mesh. The Hydra Flux D-Dry jacket is ideal for fluctuating weather conditions and its certified, composite protectors at the shoulders and elbows provide constant safety. To round off the technical characteristics, the jacket has been designed to accommodate Wave G1 and G2 back protectors. A women s version is also available.
