If you are feeling brave enough, we will take you down Hendrick Street, once the site of two of the most haunted houses in Dublin. Between them, nos. 7 & 8 Hendrick Street were home to no fewer than six different ghosts. Demolished in the 1960’s, the houses are long gone, but the ghosts...? And what of the haunted hospital? Ghostly nurses have been seen all the way down the block. Could they be the reason for office chairs spinning by themselves in an adjacent building? Or electronic toys turning on and off by themselves? You might want to steel your nerves before venturing with us to Croppie’s Acre. This long-abandoned site was used as a football pitch in the 20th century. Shocking when you consider that it is a mass grave – the final resting place of hundreds of rebels executed after the 1798 rebellion. If you are of a sensitive disposition, you may well come away feeling disturbed. Sometimes, the spirits here attempt communication! You will also hear tell of the mummies of Saint Michan’s Church, surely the most macabre tourist attraction in Ireland, and a major inspiration to the young Bram Stoker, native of Clontarf and author of Dracula. As if that’s not enough to whet your appetite, you will also visit the site of a 21st century apparition of the Virgin Mary. Thousands of passers-by claim to have seen the image on the wall. Can you? And do be careful who you step on as we pass through the deconsecrated graveyard. The gravestones may have moved, but the bodies haven’t... The price can vary according to visit date and time selected.  Day The climb departs from morning to late afternoon (after “dawn” and before “twilight”), exposing the hum and buzz of the city in full swing. 5 Things you need to know before your climb Health & Safety Your health and safety is important: If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions you may need to provide a doctor’s Certificate of Fitness note before you climb. You must have a blood-alcohol reading below 0.05 to climb (the same as if you are driving). You will be asked to complete a BridgeClimb Declaration Form before your Climb. Please be honest about your health so we can ensure your wellbeing is not at risk. All discussions will be confidential.  Preparations How should you prepare for your Climb: Ensure that you have eaten before your Climb and you’re well-hydrated – the experience can last up to 3 ½ hours. Wear comfortable, enclosed rubber-soled shoes such as running, sport or hiking shoes and don’t forget your sunglasses. It is recommend to wear comfortable clothing. You will be equipped with everything else you need for your Climb! Ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled Climb time to allow enough time to check in. Personal Belongings All your personal belongings can be stored in lockers, including cameras: there are FREE secure lockers for you to keep your personal belongings in, including phones, cameras and GoPros. The Climb Leaders will capture photos of you during your Climb. For safety and security reasons, cameras, video technology and mobile devices are prohibited on the Climb. Restrictions You must be 8 years old and 1.2 metres in height, or taller: Children aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by and are the responsibility of an adult, with a maximum of three children per adult.  Weather Conditions Climbs operate in all weather conditions: You will equipped with all the gear you need to keep you dry, but remember to bring your own shoes, which should be enclosed, like running shoes. In case of extreme weather conditions like electrical storms or during times of extremely high wind, Climbs may be postponed.

Información importante: Hay una nueva regla en el Coliseo, el Foro Romano y el Monte Palatino que sólo permite la entrada de mochilas pequeñas y bolsas de mano de tamaño regular en el interior. Los clientes con bolas más grandes o maletas no podrán entrar con estas y tampoco hay taquillas para guardarlo. Recuerde que todos los visitantes deberán pasar por un control de seguridad antes de entrar al Coliseo. El Coliseo ha cambiado la política de admisión para garantizar un máximo de 3.000 personas en su interior, de manera que habrá menos multitudes durante las horas de máxima afluencia. A pesar de que las entradas exprés para ahorrarse colas son reservadas con antelación, puede haber un poco de retraso en la hora de entrada si el lugar ya ha alcanzado su capacidad máxima en ese momento. Este tour combina dos opciones diferentes que tenemos: "Lo mejor de Roma – Coliseo y Lugares de Interés" junto a nuestro tour por la tarde llamado "Lugares de Interés del Vaticano – Museos y Capilla Sixtina del Vaticano". También incluye un helado casero y transporte en taxi o autobús desde el centro de la ciudad hasta el Vaticano. ¡Todo junto por un mejor precio que si lo compra por separado! La Basílica de San Pedro y la Capilla Sixtina son lugares sagrados y, por tanto, la vestimenta debe ser apropiada para la visita. Se les pide a ambos hombres y mujeres que usen ropa que cubra al menos los hombros y las rodillas.
