Relax and sunbathe underneath the palm trees as you take in the beautiful views at La Gomera and the ocean or enjoy a snack on the white sand beach and in a wonderful Thai atmosphere. iFLY welcome flyers from 3 to 103. If you have reasonable health and fitness you can fly. But do check the criteria below before you purchase tickets. There are a few exceptions: Flyers must be over 3 years of age. Participants must weigh less than 300 pounds. Participants who weigh between 260 and 300 pounds must bring this to the attention of an iFLY representative as additional restrictions and instructor scheduling limitations may apply. Women who are pregnant should not fly. There are keeper talks and feeding times so you can learn more about the animals, get a closer look and your questions answered. You can also feed the friendly Kangaroos and pose for photos with them in the Kangaroo exhibit.

Montserrat The Benedictine Abbey at Montserrat is at an altitude of 725 meters. From the monastery’s terrace you have spectacular views on the rugged mountain peaks above and the valleys far below. This mountain top monastery is very popular among Catalans, and Catholic pilgrims come from far and wide to see the Black Madonna, hence its familiar Catalan name, la Moreneta ("The little dark-skinned one"). The Escolania music school in Montserrat’s monastery is one of the oldest of its kind in Europe. The Montserrat boys choir consists of around fifty escolanets aged 10-14.You can listen to their performances in the basilica almost every day except Saturdays and the July and August holidays.
