With Angel Island State Park to your left, slowly cruise around the infamous Island of Alcatraz. On your way back to Fisherman’s Wharf, see the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, and Coit Tower in the distance. After a full hour of exciting sights on Red and White Fleet’s Golden Gate Bridge boat tours, the barking sea lions at Pier 39 welcome you back to Pier 43 ½. In the old part of city, our guide will take us to the cathedral, the Palace of the Grand Duke and the Place des Armes. In the lower part of the city you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Kirchberg district, home to several European institutions. In the valley, we will show you a trail of casemates, the abbey of Neunmünster, Wenceslas wall and the picturesque sites along the river Alzette. After some free time in the city, we visit the picturesque village of Dinant, with its fifteenth century collegial, its citadel and its tiny saxophone museum (optional). On the way back to Brussels, we follow leisurely the pretty Meuse Valley.

Durante la temporada alta (abril-octubre) sale cada 20 minutos. Las entradas individuales cuestan 5 € para adultos y 2,50 € para niños. A pie: tendrá que caminar por los famosos 600 escalones de la carretera tradicional que conecta el puerto viejo con la ciudad de Fira. El descenso demora entre 20 y 30 minutos, dependiendo de su condición física. En burro: los burros solían ser el medio de transporte tradicional de la isla. Suben y bajan con frecuencia al antiguo puerto de Fira. Un solo viaje cuesta alrededor de 5 € por persona y dura unos 20 minutos. La mayoría de la gente prefiere subir al burro.
