Der Cipresseto zeigt sich in einem zarten, eleganten Pinkton. Sein feines, intensives Bouquet erinnert an Pfirsiche und weisse Blüten. Am Gaumen ist er wohl ausgewogen und zugänglich und ruft im Finish erneut die blumig-fruchtigen Duftnoten in Erinnerung. Passt zu: Pasta mit Tomaten, Pizza und würzigem Fleisch.

Der Pommard überzeugt durch sein verschwenderisches Bouquet nach Schwarzkirschen und roten Johannisbeeren. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein dicht, harmonisch und mit ausgeprägter Pinot-Frucht, mit Anklängen von Tabak und Gewürzen. Ein klassischer Pommard, der erst am Beginn seiner Entwicklung steht. Passt zu Speisen mit dunklem Fleisch, z.B. gebratenem Rehrücken, Roastbeef, feinem Wildgeflügel oder gegrilltem Gemüse mitkräftigen Saucen.
