Comfort and Safety on ATV Tours: The minimum age for shooters is 12 years old and must be at least 5 feet tall. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian.The minimum age to ride the ATC is 16 years old. Children under the age of 16 can ride as a passenger on the ATV. If the tour guide determines that the child is unable to ride by themselves then the child must ride as a passenger with a parent, legal guardian, or tour guide. The scenic motorized tour is very physical and requires tasks including 300 feet of trail hiking/climbing to reach the Colorado River in order to swim. This is a scenic tour with a maximum speed of 25 miles per hour. All riders are required to follow a tour guide down the trail and follow all rules and regulations. Closed toed shoes are required. Customers wearing flip flops, high heels, or sandals will be unable to ride on the ATV. All safety equipment is provided (helmet, goggles, gloves). Backpacks are allowed to be brought on the tour with any personal items. Swim suits are encouraged and must be worn underneath clothes. Customers are advised to eat a big breakfast due to the long trail ride as you will not get to eat for a few hours.

Convenient storage lockers are available at the park entrance.  Small: AED45 per day Large: AED55 per day Jumbo: AED60 per day  Ride lockers are available at the Velociraptor, Predator and Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge rides (AED10 per hour). Loose articles will not be permitted on rides. Wheelchair and Stroller Hire: Wheelchairs are available for day hire. The wheelchairs are available on a first come first service basis, and must not pass the entry / exit turnstiles. A valid ID has to be provided to hire the wheelchairs. The ID will be returned to the guest once the wheelchair is returned and is damage free (or the same state as when it was leased).

Your return train ticket from Paris-Caen is NOT included.  You should aim to arrive at Caen railway station by 09:00 on weekdays, 10:00 on Saturdays and 11:00 Sundays **. You will be picked up by your guide from your arrival at the MAINLINE RAILWAY STATION in Caen:  Please note that your guide will be waiting in the main hall of the Caen Railway Station.Follow the signs ‘SORTIE Place de la Gare’ to go to the main hall. Your guide will be near the ‘Point de Rencontre’ sign and will have a board marked Memorial de Caen.   You will be dropped off at the station at around 18:30 from October to March and at around 19:30 from April to September to connect with trains back to Paris.   Practical information: please wear appropriate shoes and clothes. It can be windy along the beaches and temperatures can be cool even during the summer.   Sunday D-DAY TOUR information: Please note that from 28th January to 31st March and 1st October to 31st December, on Sundays the guided visit of the Memorial de Caen Museum will last 30 minutes. This is due to the fact that on Sundays during this period, the earliest train from Paris arrives at Caen around 11:00 and the departure of the guided tour of the D-DAY landing sites is at 13:00. Clients may return to their original hotel or be returned to Universal Orlando or Sea World. Walt Disney Transportation may be used from the Contemporary Resort to reach Walt Disney World. Our limousine excursions offer the convenience of door to door service. As all limousine excursions use SHARED limousine transportation this requires us to wait until the day prior to the excursion to formulate the most efficient route and provide exact collection times. We ask clients to contact us no later than 72 hours prior to their excursion date to verify we have their correct accommodation details (full address including zip code, contact number, gate code etc.). We will then contact them at least the day prior to provide exact collection time. In order to operate these limousine excursions efficiently we reserve the right to ask a client to make their way to a centralized pickup in the event their accommodation exceeds an acceptable distance from the standard Orlando tourism area. Limousine may be either stretch limousine or top of the line Mercedes Sprinter Limo.
