So können die Brötchen noch ein bisschen aufgehen. Zu gute Letzt die Brötchen mit Zuckerwasser bestreichen und bei 180°C ca. 25-30 Minuten backen. Hinweis: Weißt glänzend braune Spuren vom Schalenanteil auf.
