For your riding safety, guests must be at least 12 years of age and weigh at least 100 pounds and not in excess of 260 pounds. All participants must be at least 12 years of age.   QUESTION: HOW BIG WILL MY GROUP BE? Our tours operate in groups of 8 guests or less.   QUESTION: WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO GET THERE FOR MY TOUR? We ask that the client arrive 10-15 minutes early for the scheduled tour to fill out necessary paperwork.  Each member of your party will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver form.   QUESTION: WILL I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT? Yes.  Insurance requires that City Segway Tours pre-authorize 400€ on a credit card. Please bring your MasterCard, Visa, Amex, or cash with you for this deposit (not Discovery).  Your card will not be charged, but we will hold onto the details should your Segway incur any damage while in your possession.   QUESTION: IF THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO RIDE A SEGWAY, WILL I BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP QUICKLY? Your safety is always our highest priority. Therefore, we begin each tour with a very thorough orientation of the Segway and its use before going out to enjoy the city!   QUESTION: CAN MINORS COME ON TOUR ALONE? For safety reasons, minors (anyone under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult on the tour.   QUESTION: IF I AM PREGNANT CAN I JOIN THE TOUR? Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on our Segway tours.   QUESTION: ARE THE TOURS CANCELLED IF IT RAINS? Our tours go rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos available in our office for €1 which are fully reimbursed if not used.

Most travelers plan to visit 2-3 attractions each day, but there's no limit. The more you do, the more you save. What do you mean by "consecutive calendar days"? "Consecutive calendar days" are days in a row, on a calendar. A calendar day is not a 24-hour period. For example, if you have a 3-Day Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass and visit your first attraction on a Monday evening, it is valid for the remainder of Monday (1st calendar day) and the two days immediately following it: Tuesday (2nd calendar day), and Wednesday (3rd calendar day). Tip: to get the most out of your pass, plan to visit attractions early in the day. Is this just a discount card? Will I still need to buy tickets? No. Passes include admission to each attraction; no need to pay anything at the gate. Some attractions may offer upgrades or special exhibits for an additional fee. Do I need to choose my attractions in advance? Nope, you can choose from the included attractions as you go. What is the age cut off for child cards? Child cards are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate. How will I get my pass? Instantly! Links and easy-to-follow instructions for both options will be in your confirmation email. How do I "activate" my card? Simply visit your first attraction! Is my card valid all day? Yes. You can enter attractions any time with the Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass. What is your refund policy? Our Risk Free Guarantee gives you one year from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a full refund. How many days should I buy? Can I visit an attraction more than once? In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction. Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?  Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page. Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation. What’s the catch? There’s no catch. Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Las Vegas as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money. Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it? No. The Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold. What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem? While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Las Vegas All-Inclusive Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. Exposiciones Shark Channel – Cuando Miami Seaquarium® abrió por primera vez en 1955, una de las principales atracciones fue el túnel de los tiburones. Hoy en día, los visitantes aún quedan sorprendidos por estas temibles criaturas. En la actividad, los cuidadores de los animales les alimentan mientras explican las diferentes variedades de tiburones que existen en el mundo. Arrecife Tropical – Uno de los favoritos entre los visitantes del parque, el arrecife principal del acuario cuenta con 2.839 m³ llenos de peces de todos los tamaños y colores. Sharky's Sky Trail - Sharky’s Sky Trail es una carrera de obstáculos con varios niveles que proporcionan una experiencia desafiante y divertida para toda la familia. Flipper Dolphin Show – El Nuevo espectáculo temático del Caribe, inspirado en el delfín Flipper. También se mostrará un seguido de imágenes sobre la película original al entrar al estadio. Orcas & Delfines – Solo existe un lugar en el que encontrará delfines blancos jugando y haciendo exhibiciones junto a una orca. 

After leaving your resort and meeting your guides we'll start the climb up to the Soria reservoir. There'll be great views of the impressive volcanic landscapes on the way and once there we'll stop for a traditional breakfast (not included) consisting of local specialities, freshly-squeezed papaya juice and home-made bread. Then it's time to go off road again – we'll speed down dirt tracks raising clouds of dust on the way. You'll see the local cave dwellings, plantations of tropical fruit and more otherworldly rock formations. After a drive through a fragrant pine forest we'll stop at the remote settlement of Tunte for lunch in a traditional restaurant. We'll feast on barbecued chicken, a selection of salads and tiny local potatoes with spicy mojo salsa. Sangria and soft drinks are also included in the price. Then the brave hearted can go on a camel ride in Fataga, Berber-style, for around 30 minutes. In the afternoon we'll continue through our trek through some of the island's many nature reserves making plenty of photo stops for photos before returning to the resort in the late afternoon.
