Die Farbe des im Barrique gereiften Tempranillo erinnert an Kirschen, sein Bouquet an rote Beeren, Zwetschgen und Gewürze. Rote Früchte lassen sich am Gaumen wahrnehmen, begleitet von Lakritz und Minze. Ein lebendiger, sanfter Rotwein mit süssem, zarten Tannin. Passt zu: feinen Lammgerichten, feurigen Tapas.

Sehr junge, lebendige, hellgrüne Farbe mit schönem Strahlen und bemerkenswert intensivem, dunklem Glanz trotz seiner Jugend. Das Bukett ist aromatisch und verströmt einen herrlichen Duft von frischer Ananas, Mango, Maracuja, weissem Pfirsich, Ingwer, Rose, Jasmin und Lilie. Im Mund trocken, saftigen, knackig, geschmeidig und samtig - wundervoll ausgewogen mit einem Abgang voller Frucht, Geschmack und Leichtigkeit, der Lust auf mehr macht. Passt zu: Fischgerichten mit pikanter Sosse und zur orientalischen Küche.

Dezentes, elegantes Aroma mit feinen Noten von roten Johannisbeeren, Erdbeeren und Pink Grapefruit und feinen mineralischen Anklängen. Am Gaumen sehr animierend, frisch und lebendig mit saftig aromatischer Beerenfrucht. Passt zu Fingerfood und gemischten Antipasti oder beim Barbecue zu gegrilltem Fisch, Fleisch und Gemüse.

Guests of this state-of-the-art, sustainable distillery can discover what makes Bombay Sapphire such a distinctive gin. From discovering the unique Vapour Infusion distillation process in the Dakin Still House, to exploring the ten exotic botanicals nurtured in the stunning glasshouses.  Visitors can also uncover the history of both Laverstoke Mill and Bombay Sapphire, explore the local conservation area and complete the experience with Bombay Sapphire cocktails in the Mill Bar. Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.
