Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. Players must be 18+ years. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

LANGUAGES: English and Spanish The route begins at 09:00 am from the center of Bilbao to go directly on the A8 motorway towards the inside of Guipúzcoa, through Eibar, Elgoibar, Azkoitia and Loyola. After traveling to Zarautz continue the traditional enclave and tourist reference since the nineteenth century. Later we arrived in San Sebastian. In this beautiful city will make a comprehensive scenic tour to appreciate all his walks, La Concha beach and climb Igueldo overlooking the bay. Then another walking tour through Casco Viejo. Free time for lunch. Our guide will inform of various possibilities of selected restaurants and menus for you to choose the one you draw. Direct return to Bilbao on the highway with magnificent views to get to your hotel mid-afternoon.

During the dinner you will be served by the pirates themselves while Captain Hook tells you about his adventures on the Spanish Main. But be careful, while you are eating, another ship is silently approaching in the darkness, preparing to board the galleon. No need to be afraid, Captain Hook discovers the enemy’s ruse and orders his men to take up battle stations, the cannon are ready to fire. Pirates armed to the teeth with cutlasses and pistols jump from the rigging down to the decks where a sword fight ensues between the crew and the enemy pirates with amazing sound and light effects.  And all this excitement you’re bound to be feeling hungry so it’s time to sit down at Captain Hook’ s table for a banquet where you can feast on delicate meats as well as a buffet of salads, steamed vegetables, pirate rice, baked potatoes, grilled chicken and dessert.
