Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time (20 minutes prior if you have booked children's equipment). Please bring your receipt or confirmation number.
Participants arriving after the tour departure time risk forfeiture of their tour seats.
If you would like to reschedule your reservation you may do so at any time.
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time and would like a refund we will issue a refund less a 10% processing fee.
No Refund will be issued for a reservation cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour for weather or other reasons. If the tour is cancelled, and you are unable to make any of the rescheduled tours, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled tour.
If the weather is questionable, please call one hour prior to the start time to confirm the tour status.
On the day of your tour, bring your printed voucher(s) and photo identification to the tour departure location. Trailer carriages, trailer tandems, and child seats available for children at the child rate. Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund.

Mit dem Base Ticket  können Sie an einem Tag jeweils nur einen der vier Parks besuchen. Es ist nicht möglich an einem Tag mehrere Parks zu besuchen.
Ihr Ticket ist undatiert, Beim ersten Besuch wird es aktiviert. Ab diesem Moment ist das Ticket 14 Tage lang gültig. Sie müssen die Prks nicht an aufeinander folgenden Tagen besuchen.

Im Themenpark Im Park gehen Sie innerhalb des 1-stündigen Zeitfensters dass Sie angemeldet haben mit Ihrem Ticket direkt zur FastPass+ Schlange und sparen so viel Zeit. Wählen Sie mehr, nacheinander Nach Ihrer dritten FastPass+ Attraktion können Sie nacheinander weitere wählen. Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Sanctuary guests can have a bird’s eye view of the vets working, and can experience the depth that Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has for the care and welfare of the Australian native animal population. See xrays, ultrasounds and endoscopes streamed live on a flat screen for guests to observe during the procedure. Even watch from a surgeons eye view by a camera mounted on the surgical light!  Free Flight Bird Show National Trust Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary presents the Free Flight Bird Show! Meet some of Australia’s most beautiful species of birds from the largest bird in flight, the Australian pelican, to the colourful parrots, birds of prey, endangered species and the majestic wedge-tailed eagle. Marvel at the beauty of these incredible creatures as they free-fly across the audience in a wonderful display set against the Sanctuary’s natural environment. Make sure you hang around to have your photo taken with a bird of prey at the end of the show! Crocodile Live Show Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is excited to have Boss Hog as a new member of the team. At almost five meters in length this massive salt water crocodile is an incredible sight to see. Come and learn about Boss Hog and his girlfriend Lilly as well as see the fresh water crocodiles. 

What is Included: Healesville Sanctuary entry Historic Steam train ride Friendly & informative tour guide Take a small group day trip from Melbourne to check out the Healesville Sanctuary and the Puffing Billy Steam Train. At Healesville Sanctuary you’ll meet Australia’s native animals including koalas, kangaroos, monitor lizards and dingos. Then head to the Puffing Billy Steam Train for a ride through the rainforest on the century-old steam train. After pickup from the centrally located meeting point on Flinders Street in Melbourne, travel by comfortable modern mini-buses about one hour through the Dandenong Ranges, known for cool-climate rainforest and extensive Eucalyptus forests. First you’ll visit the Healesville Sanctuary, one of the best places in Victoria to see and interact with native Australian wildlife. You’ll walk through a stunning bushland setting where you can see wombats, birds of prey, platypus, wallabies and other amazing animals that are native to Australia. Once you have enjoyed all Healesville Sanctuary has to offer, you’ll reboard your mini-bus and head to the Puffing Billy Steam Train in Belgrave. Climb aboard the century-old steam train, maintained in mint condition by dedicated volunteers. The Puffing Billy still runs on its own mountain track between Belgrave and Gembrook, through the heart of the rainforest. Travel back in time as you chug through the gorgeous Sherbrooke Forest waving at friendly bystanders as you go. In the late afternoon you’ll be returned to 570 Flinders Street in Melbourne where your tour ends.
