The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. Players must be 18+ years. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

THE CITY LOOP - RED The City Loop departs from Central Station and takes you to see all the most interesting districts of mainland Miami: Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Little Havana and the grandeur of Downtown Miami, Venetian Pool, the Biltmore Hotel, Freedom Tower, the County Courthouse and Vizcaya Museum... all this and more await you as you as you explore the City Loop. Attractions & Museums Loop - Yellow This loop goes to Miami's best museums and attractions, including Seaquarium, Jungle Island, Perez and Frost Museums, and Villa Vizcaya. Yellow Loop buses arrive every 2 hours. All tours depart from Stop #1: Central Station, located in Bayfront Park, just off Biscayne Blvd. The Attractions & Museums Loop features pre-recorded commentary in 12 languages. Night Tour Hop on a panoramic night tour of Downtown Miami and South Beach with your Big Bus Ticket. Tours last 90 minutes and feature live, English-speaking guides. Night tour buses depart at 7:30pm from outside Señor Frog's (1450 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, near Stop #7 on our South Beach Loop - Blue Route) or at 8:00pm from Bayside Marketplace (Stop #1, all routes). The Night Tour is not a hop-on, hop-off tour.

Accessibility: The Empire State Building is fully ADA compliant. We have handicapped restrooms on the 86th Floor Observatory and also have lowered viewing walls and binoculars. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view.
