Place the spindle bar through an existing tubular latch or lock and position one handle over the spindle bar. Ensuring the handle is square, mark the screw hole positions with a bradawl.2. Drill Ø2mm pilot holes and reposition the handle before securing using the wood screws provided.3. If fitting Bathroom handles, now insert the bathroom spindle bar through the deadbolt hole of the lock from the outside of the door and place the thumbturn onto the spindle bar. Tighten the grubscrew on the underside with the hex key provided.Designed to be used with a mortice bathroom lock with centres of 57mm. Union's StrongBOLT 3 Lever Mortice Sashlocks feature an innovative, easily reversible radius latch that uses the Union SwitchLatch technology, meaning that no tools are required. This is both simple to use and time-saving. An anti-rattle adjustable strike allows on-site fine tuning. The sashlocks have a plastic splinter guard and a radius inner forend for ease of installation.
