Mit dem BMW X6 hatte 2008 eine außergewöhnliche Kombination aus SUV und Coupé Premiere. Damit ist es dem Premiumhersteller gelungen, das großzügige Platzangebot und die erhöhte Sitzposition eines SUVs mit sportlichem Design zu kombinieren. Da die Fahrleistungen dem Styling voll entsprechen, hat das Konzept viele Anhänger gefunden. Die optionale Luftfederung der Hinterachse, sorgt für besonders ausgeprägten Komfort. Unser hier angebotenes AEROSUS Kompressor-Ventil ist eine Besonderheit, da BMW es nicht einzeln anbietet. Es passt auf alle BMW X6 der Baureihe E71, die von 2008 bis 2014 produziert wurden. Es wird an den Kompressor angebaut, der die beiden Luftfedern der Hinterachse versorgt. Die Automechaniker in der Werkstatt können das Ventil ohne weitere Montageteile sofort einbauen.
So arbeitet ein Kompressor-Ventil
Unser Kompressor-Magnetventil für den BMW X6 der Baureihe E71 funktioniert nach dem 2/2-Wegeventil-Prinzip. Das bedeutet: Es ist ein Doppelventil – bestehend aus 2 elektrisch gesteuerten Magnetventilen – und hat 3 Druckluftanschlüsse sowie 2 Stellungen. Die vordere einzelne Druckluftzuleitung mit einem Durchmesser von 4 mm wird von beiden Ventilen gemeinsam genutzt. Die 2 hinteren Druckluftausgänge (ebenfalls mit einem Durchmesser von 4 mm) verteilen die Druckluft vom Kompressor in die beiden Luftfedern.
Doppelventil für beide Luftfedern
Jede Seite ist farblich gekennzeichnet: Die linke Luftfeder wird vom roten und die rechte vom blauen Anschluss gespeist. Stromlos sperren die beiden Magnetventile. Unter Strom gesetzt, öffnen die Magnetventile den Durchfluss von Druckluft. Der Vorteil unseres Doppelventils für Sie ist, dass Sie bei einem Defekt der Ventileinheit nicht den gesamten Kompressor austauschen müssen wie bei BMW. Die Einsparung durch den Einzelbezug des Ventils ist erheblich!
Verschleiß führt zu Schaden
Die Magnetventile des Kompressors sind langlebig, aber unterliegen wie alle beweglichen Komponenten der Abnutzung. Durch tausendfache Öffnungs- und Schließzyklen kommt es zu Verschleiß, der nach langer Benutzung die Funktionsfähigkeit beeinträchtigen kann. Möglicherweise wird das Ventil undicht oder schaltet nicht mehr korrekt. Für solche Situationen lassen wir dieses Doppelventil für den BMW X6 E71 als Ersatzteil produzieren.
