Please note that there are 2 places where you can eat, a fast food restaurant at "Cota 1600" and a restaurant that offers a daily menu at "Cota 2000". -Do there have lockers? Yes, there are. Just ask any employee and they will tell you where they are. -Can I take my dog into the park? Yes, but they must be tied and keep watched. The entrance to Animal Park is prohibited for them. -I have a 365Tickets voucher, How Do I redeem it?  Please print the voucher and present it at "Cota 2000" ticket office.

Services: Parking: €5 per car per day Food: You are allowed to bring your own food into Terra Natura. There are picnic areas available especially for this purpose. Entrance to the site with shopping trolleys or any kind of industrial food container is prohibited.     Rentals: Baby buggies: Baby buggies single (€8) and lockers (€6). Your entire experience will be approximately 1 hour which includes check-in, safety briefing, and 15 – 17 minute helicopter flight.
