Der Danzante Merlot ist ein reiner Merlot. Diese noble Rebsorte erbringt auch in Sizilien beachtenswerte Rotweine mit enormer Fruchtfülle und Rondeur. Würzig und aromatisch mit dem Duft roter Waldbeeren und wilder Kirschen und dem vollen Geschmack mit Anklängen von Rauch, Lakritz und Pfeffer, geschmeidige Fruchtfülle, weiches Tannin, zartsüsslich nachhaltig und erstaunlich frisch. Passt zu: mediterraner Küche wie gegrillter Pizza, mit Rosmarin verfeinerte Lammspiesse oder zu gebackenen Kartoffeln mit Zitrone und Rosmarin.

Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory.
