Morning & evening tea duo Feel truly comfortable in your skin! This tea infusion is made up of a morning and an evening tea that contain selected and natural, organic ingredients. A gentle kickstart in the morning: South American mate tea, vitamin-rich goji berries, green tea, nettle leaves and dandelion come together to create this delicious tea blend. Relaxing moments in the evening to bring the body to rest: The evening blend consists of South African rooibos, lemon balm leaves and peppermint. Preparation: Morning tea: Add 1 teaspoon of morning tea to 250 ml of hot water (80 °C) and brew for about 5 -7 minutes. Evening tea: Add 1 teaspoon of evening tea to 250 ml of hot water (90 °C) and brew for 5 - 7 minutes.
