New York Helicopter Tour Highlights Seated in comfort, take in an extended flight up the Hudson River travelling all the way to the northernmost point of Manhattan. Behold the man-made miracle of the George Washington Bridge and nature’s miraculous New Jersey Palisades. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view.
