How Does The London Pass Work? Activating The London Pass: The smart card records when and where you first use your London Pass, as well as how long the pass will remain valid for. This means that regardless of what start date you give when you buy the pass, your London Pass is activated the moment that you first use it at an attraction or service. Your London Pass is then valid for the number of days that you purchased - be it 1, 2, 3 or 6 days and is subject to the purse value of maximum gate prices related to the number of days. It is important to note that the day is based on a calendar day, so should you first use your pass at 4pm on Monday, Monday is counted as day one of your pass usage. The 2 hour excursion is a great way to see how you enjoy the sea and visa versa. When the whales and dolphins are close to the boat you can get excellent views through the glass bottom, or window in the catamaran but if they are a distance away you will get a good view of them from the deck. Whale watching is like fishing and it can't always be promised that you will see them but you have a better chance to see them in these waters than anywhere else in Europe. Through the glass bottom you will see plenty of fish and if the whales appear beneath the boat you will really see them up close and personal! As you sail on the crystal clear water you will be treated to spectacular  views of the coastline and of the beautiful island. Jewellery, watches, hair accessories, hats, sunglasses and loose articles are not permitted in the water. We provide all guests with a wet suit for their interaction; you will wear your swim suit underneath. All guests are required to wear a wet suit during their programme. For the safety of our animals, we cannot allow you to wear your personal wet suits. Cameras are not allowed in the water. However, we do provide a photographer throughout the interaction. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the interaction itself. It is very important you arrive at your scheduled time. We are not able to provide a refund or reschedule you if you do not arrive on time.
