The Duesenberg Model J was intended to compete with the most luxurious and powerful cars in the world. The SJ Phaeton was supercharged and lived up to its reputation as “The world’s finest motor car”. It was available from 1932-1937, the supercharger motor was a technical marvel with its top speed of 140mph making it the fastest car sold in the United States.
